This hotel may look good in pictures but don’t be deceived ! The hotel is tired, dated furniture - rooms are average and that’s a compliment. We had half board option, food was repetitive but that’s not unusual - however what food was available was only warm - and that was both breakfast and evening meal. As for the bar - little to say as they could only offer low quality lager, Red & White wine or Cognac - literally no other spirits or beers !!! On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful ! Not a chance of returning, I hope management take notice !!

hello everyone , Me and my friend spent one week in this hotel and we enjoyed every day .Reception staff very friendly and helpful , especially I was surprised in our last day when we had to check out at 11am and our flight was around 10pm but we have been offered 1 room for half hour to get shower before dispatch with clean towels ,so that’s was really nice .Hotel location is perfect just 2 minutes from sandy beach .Gouves is a small village but if anyone looking for more fun there is Hersonissos town 15 minutes away , where you can find pubs ,clubs and a lot of shops .We also enjoyed cuisine as every day they added something new .Benny who is working behind the bar is the most lovely man. I am hoping my review will help

Dear Joanna Kalimera, thank you very much for the posotive review regarding our hotel. As you already noticed there are differenent type of guests. These who pay less and expect more, these who want all and pay less, and these who are expecting exactly what they have paid for and also been very positive because they are on holidays, just like you.We wish all the guests were like you because you are not here to buy the hotel, or to live here for ever.thank you very much for chosen us for your holiday, and looking forward to seeing you soon......

Where do I start, the best thing about this hotel was Benny the bar man, at least he did speak to you everyday. the rooms are not that good especially the basement ones, DO NOT BOOK THESE, you will be extremely disappointed. in the 7 days stay here i moved rooms 3 times, i spent 4 nights with no hot water and luckily for me there was 12 in our party so i was able to use one of my friends shower. .The food is cold all the time we reported this to reception on several occasions only to be told it had been noted. The bar is not a bar as we know it, there are only 5 options in alcoholic drinks so if you don't like Beer, Wine ( red or white) Ouzo or some sort of cognac. this is definitely not the ALL INCLUSIVE hotel. There are no snacks and no where to have a drink outside of 10.15AM AND 11AM EVEN FOR A CUP OF TEA. the dining room area closes dead on time and there is no leaway. Public toilets aroubd the pool area for two days had no soap and no towels to dry your hands, when you complain it falls on deaf ears. The photos of this hotel are beautiful and even looking back at my own photos that I took it looks beautiful but I can assure you it is NOT

Dear Mrs Susan good evening, we were surprised by your review regarding our hotel.Because a lot of people will propably be misunderstanding, let us reply the following.......The whole group of yours has booked ground floor rooms, and upon arrival we have upgrade most of you for free, after complaining about asthma, or low floor rooms. This was exactly the room type you have booked and you have paid for, but you have not mentined that nowhere.....About your family of 2 rooms, you have been upgarded to 2 superior family suites, and instead of 140, 00 euros we have charged you 100,00 euros.after 3 days you came to teh reception told us that there is no hot water, we refund you the money and changed again in rooms with hot water.About the all in programme, we always say clearly what is included on it and what is not.the food before being delivered is always been cheched with a special thermometer.about snacks due to the covid-19 there are not , also we have sent details to your office.after 10.15 the restaurant closes we serve all types of coffes in our beach bar for free.we think that this hotel is a good value for money, to be honest a lot of times what you pay is what you get.The conclusion is that all of you took for free upgraded rooms, without paying any penny for this and now you make complaints on this site for accusing the hotel , this is not fair at all to be honest.Anyway your comments will hepl us to be better, and is also better for the guests not to book always the cheapest rooms and come on the spot for free change, this can not happen always. We want happy guests in this hotel, an we also know that the ultra all in packages, and more other facilities cost a lot of money extra.Anyway thank you for this review we will try to be better and fix any problem we might have in this hotel.

Traveling alone, I was given a spacious clean room with plenty of storage space - built-in cupboards, wardrobe, table, dressing table and comfortable dining chair. Furniture and decor is adequate but tired, dark and a little dated. There was a fridge but no kettle - maybe they are available if requested? I am not sure. Room had twin beds and neither mattress was very comfortable though these were not the worst beds I experienced in my Crete holiday and I do suffer from bad back pain. I suppose most people might find them good enough? Food was buffet style. Plenty of it and mostly reasonable and filling though nothing spectacular. The Manager and reception staff were very helpful and there is a nice atmosphere there. An average to good hotel that offers good value for money if traveling on a budget. Location: Simply go out of the main door and cross the road to reach the mainly sandy beach! Hotel has its own loungers there too. My room had a nice balcony directly over the main entrance and with a nice sea view - which was an added bonus. I also had a powerful shower that worked as it should. I was booked for 3 nights but upon arrival and after an hour's wait, I was told I would be moved to another hotel for the first 2 nights because it had suffered earthquake damage the previous week and so I only stayed for my 3rd night in Crete. There is a Supermarket next door and plenty of fine eateries within easy walking distance.
