This was the hardest bed i slept on in Vietnam. Also i really hated the fact that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain. i had to dry the floors with a towel in order to use the toilet
On a guided tour south through Vietnam we stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is very local and the staff friendly. We forgot our Gopro camera in the reception first evening, and one of the staff members found it and gave it back to us the next morning. Restaurant is just next to the hotel serving good local Vietnamese cousin.
We have been here with a bicycle group on our tour from Thailand via Laos to Da Nang. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast as well. This hotel hotel has a verry good kitchen for a superb dinner. The staff is verry kindly and helpful. The reception made a ferfect job. If you pass Kham Duc this hotel is a must
This was by far the worse experience in Vietnam. I arrived in a rainy day and checked in asking just for a room with hot shower..that was all I could think about after almost 300 km on the motorbike. The first room I got had a strong smell of mold. After I get the second room and got in the the shower... there was no hot water!!! Not to mention the lundary is double the price. 50.000 for 1kg. This is by far the worse hotel and the most expensive also..200.000 dong for night.
The room was clan and comfortable, everything is simple but it worked well. The rooms at the back have a pleasant view over the mountains and a cute balcony. The manager at the restaurant was okay but find it hard to smile. This is deeper in Vietnam where people act differently I guess. I had a restful night. The place even has a massage parlour. The hotel consist of two adjacent buildings with two different lifts and is a little confusing in terms of navigation.
The hotel itself is beautiful. For 250,000 vnd you get a lovely room and a bathtub! Unfortunately, the employees are dishonest and seem to have a vendetta against foreign tourists. We ate breakfast at the hotel. It was average and reasonably priced. Upon returning to the lobby after breakfast the front desk worker stopped us and told us we needed to check out of our room in 15 minutes. This was at 11 o'clock in the morning. We asked what time check out was and he said 11:30. We were confused as to why he said we needed to leave in 15 minutes then. We went up to our room to grab our bags and saw that on the rule sheet in the room, it clearly stated check out time was 12. We showered and got ready to check out. At 11:55 the front desk called us and said we needed to leave now. They were extremely rude and pushy the whole last hour of our stay. I don't understand why they had to be so pushy and rude. I will not be returning.…
We didn't got the rooms we booked... because of a wedding. We didn't sleep... because of a wedding. If weddings is your priority you should not try to make more money ripping of tourists. We complained about this and all they did was laugh. Besides that, the beds were like stones and the food was really bad. May be it is a place to get married (I for sure would not) but it is certainly not the place for a good night of comfortable sleep.
I am staying in this hotel since 2013. There is familiar staff and nice place to stay. I feel like a my home. Food, internet , housekeeping good. Safe place for traveling people .Like this small town this hotel is the best i think.
We spent one night here as part of an easy rider tour. The hotel was surprisingly good, the food and courtyard downstairs was great to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Good value.
We stayed in a private room with a great view of the town, our room was a pleasant surprise, it had a TV, fridge, hot showers, 2 big beds & balcony. All pros! All the staff was super helpful.Breakast was also very good. Overall still great value for money and a great place for stay!
