Smaller 5* hotel with flair. All very clearly short distances to the shopping centers. We had a room facing the land with no disturbing buildings in sight.
The shuttle to the beach leaves about every 10 minutes and the journey takes about 3-4 minutes.
Rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day and public areas are also cleaned several times a day. The food is varied and tastes very good. The indoor pool and fitness area also make a well-kept impression. Drinks and snacks were served at the beach bar. The beach section was very clean and well maintained. Only with the animation is there still a lot of room for improvement. Almost not present and lacking information about evening entertainment. The animator ( professor ) asked us after a week's stay: Did they arrive today? That was a weak performance.
All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Always a smile on your face. They were mostly German guests at the hotel.
We will also celebrate the 3rd anniversary of We'll be back.

What impressed us most was the attentiveness and friendliness of the well-equipped staff. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a 6-minute walk away. Very tastefully decorated, clean and freshly renovated. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and also on the hotel's own beach. The food is hard to beat in terms of variety and diversity. The staff constantly paid attention to the replenishment and presentation of the dishes. As we all know, it's a sight for sore eyes. On Valentine's Day, the restaurant was lovingly decorated.
The gym and swimming pool enabled indoor sporting activities.
The evening entertainment was gratefully accepted.

The Orange is a nice little hotel and fortunately not a huge hotel complex. It is surrounded by two other hotels towards the pool, but that's not a problem. We recommend a room with a view of the sea or of the Side Mall, preferably on the top 3/4 floor.
You have everything you need around the hotel. The two malls Side and Kumkö, a bazaar, taxi stand, Dollmush, etc. There is a shuttle to the beach that runs every few minutes and you can be down in two minutes. The animation team is brand new and is improving daily, but is definitely better than in 2023.
The Orange is not a party hotel in the sense of Malle for everyone and that's a good thing. There is a daily program, in addition to darts and water polo, there is a show every evening. It never gets boring. If you want to have a more party-oriented time, you can go to the disco in Side or directly to the beach to a bar called "Friends of the Sun". Highly recommended. We were there twice, both times in June, the average age is over 55 and older, but we felt comfortable as people in our mid-late 30s.

The food is varied, no matter what time of day, and everyone can find something for themselves. It's delicious and always fresh. If you want to eat out, I recommend the Bill Cosby Bar, where they also party. It's a stone's throw from the hotel, 5 minutes on foot.
The service in the hotel is very attentive and super funny, a bit like good friends.

The loungers at the pool go very quickly, so get up early if you want to secure a spot.

We have been to this hotel for the third time and are always impressed. The unique scent of the hotel alone is worth the trip. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very cozy, the lobby with the large crystal chandelier and the many seating areas invites you to linger in the evenings. The food is fantastic and plentiful in its variety. The beach area is well-kept and clean, the "Beach Boy Tamer" is always helpful and friendly. Just like the entire staff at the hotel is always friendly and accommodating. This hotel is definitely worth its 5 stars.

nice "small" hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Everyone at the service knew immediately what we wanted to drink.
Dinner always with variety of barbecue dishes. The cook and cook at the outdoor barbecue (in the evening) understand their craft and were always very friendly.
The sound at the pool could be a little quieter during the day. The beach boy on the beach , friendly and always laid up for fun.

On arrival at the hotel they had not yet finished the room, we arrived at 11:30 so completely understandable. After an hour we had to come back, then our room was ready. When we came back at 12:30 we heard the news that the hotel was full so we only got our room the next day, for that night we were put in one of their turrets (kind of attic, accessible by walking up 6 flights of stairs). For reimbursement we got the safe (cost 2.- per day) and a late check out free of charge. The next morning our room was ready. Fast forward a week later we were called at 12:30 by the reception, who indicated that we had to hurry as we could wait until 13:00. Indicated what the arrangements were and that we were entitled to a late check out. After just 5 to 10 minutes of arguing on the phone, the receptionist suddenly remembered and the problem was solved. When we checked out at 18:30 we had to deal with a gruff hotel manager, who could only tell us that we still had € 15.- outstanding (that was correct) and that we had to pay the contact because there were too many transaction costs if we used the pin.

The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their beach is a bit small and always busy, but with super tasty meals at their catering establishment. Also, everything within the hotel was fire, but really fire clean. Nothing to complain about!

Warm welcome at reception upon arrival. Friendly and courteous staff in all areas. The food is top notch, you can't complain. There was something for everyone at the buffet. All drinks were included, cocktails and long drinks were very tasty. There was a pool, which was big enough for all guests, and a private beach, which is a 10-minute walk away and 1-2 minutes with the hotel's own shuttle service, which was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister a few weeks ago. We really enjoyed our stay as the hotel is very beautiful, clean and accommodating to all our needs. The food was great- there was a wide variety to choose from- always fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, meats. At the pool and on the beach there were plenty of pool chairs and umbrellas, free of charge. Water and ice cream were always available for refreshment.

My sister and I began our stay with a visit in a hammam spa which was a great way to prepare our bodies for the fun in the sun. Aymer and Komang (I hope I got the spelling of their names right) took great care of us- they were very knowledgeable and recommended treatments that were just right for us. Thank you so much Iskender for convincing us to get the treatments!!

The only reason why the hotel does not get full five stars is that not everybody speaks English. Most of the staff however communicates in German and Turkish.

Nevertheless, we had a very good time, great overall experience and I would definitely come back.
Thank you, Orange Palace!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, rude staff, terrible food, unclean, dirty pots, dirty tables. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, needed my room changing 3 times first flooded, second nails in window locked, no balcony or air conditioning. Like a tip looking out of the window, 3 room no hot water, toilet leaking. Awful hotel don’t no how it’s even open. Staff not helpful in the slightest nothing at all for children, no food for children serve out of date alcohol, no I’ve creams or ice cubes. No lights in corridors, lift out of order.
