We have just returned from 11 nights stay in your hotel and it will not be the last one. The stay for perfect as always and I would like to thank the whole staff of Constance for very nice holidays. Ultimately I would like to give a huge thank you to Jawad aka Jey from housekeeping. We always had a nice chat and kids loved him, helped to create animals from towel and suddenly housekeeping was a big fun. Hugo cried upon the departure that he wants to stay in the hotel and help Jey :) We left the island with him in our heart as well. Second big thanks comes to Sameera who always stopped by, had a smile and very promptly helped with all reservations ( not problems, as we did not have any :) Also Jean Pierre, Rasheed and other guys were there for us and we love the whole Constance family and already look forward to another visit. People like you make the stay memorable, keep them. Thank you guys! Take care of this little paradise.…
From the moment we arrived at Male airport, to the short ride on the seaplane and then the arrival at the Halaveli Island. We were blown away by the welcoming smiles and the warmth of the staff. We were a family of 7, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The culinary delights for breakfast, lunch and dinners, were mouthwatering cuisines from across the globe. All the staff did their upmost to make our stay so memorable and comfortable. Take a deep bow the “Halaveli Team” . Thank you so much for such a memorable holiday on your beautiful island. We shall be back. Best wishes from all of us 🤗
We spent 2 fantastic weeks in a Water Villa at Constance Halaveli in late December 2020, we were on an all inclusive package which provided all the food and drink that you could wish for. The quality of the food was outstanding in all of the restaurants but the volume of choice at the Jahaz buffet each day was really impressive and changed daily with different themes. The Water Villa we were in was really comfortable and was extremely clean and the views out to the ocean and of the fishes etc close by were great. The spa and fitness services were fabulous and were extremely popular with guests having multiple treatments. We stayed across both Christmas and New Year’s Eve and the resort provided special gala evenings for both of these which were outstanding especially the music, food, dancing and fireworks to see in the New Year. My only concern was the dive centre which appeared over-stretched both in terms of equipment and staff during our stay at the resort. All of the staff across the different areas of the resort were very professional but incredibly friendly at the same time and we didn’t have any poor service at all. However, special thanks should go to JP from F&B, Lucas from Front Office, Siddiq for the wonderful food he and his team of chefs etc provided including special vegetarian dishes, Ishan, Darko, Vivek and Saaji from the Spa and Fitness team. Overall a beautiful holiday in a truly tranquil place run by an outstanding team of people.…
Totally blown away and I genuinely feel humbled to have been able to visit this incredible island paradise during Christmas 2020. I booked through Simply Maldives, they offer a professional and personalised service in these crazy times, I was able to call/text Amit from Simply Maldives directly and practically 24/7 should I have needed any urgent help. Highly reccomend using them for a quote, some other agents are also praised on the forums in the current climate. The hotel itself is stunning and it's the most relaxed I've been all year, all the rooms look really nice and our beach villa had a small pool in the front garden. Huge thanks to Gigi and Samiyya in the kids club, they genuinely enjoy their job and my 5yo daughter had the time of her life. Despite the earlier negative review we were warned about the PCR test and arrival procedure, it basically ment we were stuck in the room for the 1st evening but after a long flight that's no hardship since I'd probably do that anyway. Once the result is confirmed you're free to enjoy the whole island practically forgetting about covid. They do need a better way to let guests know (perhaps text on the tv) as I waited till about 9am to call and ask, they told me the test result came in ages ago but didn't want to disturb. The staff all wore face coverings which I thought was a little pointless but it probably helps people feel safer. I was not keen on the plastic water bottles and felt there was some other plastic waste that could be avoided but that's probably due to coronavirus and hopefully we will be back reusable bottles etc. soon. I don't know what else to say, wake up in an unbelievable room, stroll to breakfast (all the food options are world class) then you have a tough decision weather to lay and do nothing or swim with sharks on the house reef lol. I couldn't really find anything I didn't like, even the beach is beautiful with water that's like a bath. Highly recommend visiting this island especially if you have children (kids are not always well accommodated in the Maldives) and you like the small island experience. Although I'm not keen on all inclusive offerings because generally I find it limiting, I did notice almost everything is included and I'd probably go at least half board if I returned, possibly all inclusive.…
