We have booked three nights here at the Pit Stop hostel in Medillin and it definitely has a fun vibe! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious :) It's in a convenient location and the Friday night BBQ last night can't be missed :) if you are looking to meet other travellers I highly recommend... Great hostel for visiting medellin. Central location, awesome facilities. Very social! They have a pool, a tv room, ping pong, volleyball. The vibe is relax. The staff is nice and helpful! The location is very central... Close to the bars. Right next to the metro. I would suggest it!

Great spot! Very helpful staff and super clean Hostel. Stayed in the dorm room "The Big Fella"! Staff was super chill, even helped me find a couple of places in town. Medallin is a great city to explore. The area around the hostel is nice and safe, tons of places to walk to and tons of enpanadas and arepas! Walk... More

I just returned from a trip to Manizales and can accurately say I experienced the worst hostel venture in all of my travels. The Pit Stop Manizales Hostel has changed locations and is no longer at Calle 65, it is not even within walking distance of that location. We had to take two separate taxis to get to the new... Nice place. I loved the Jacuzzi in the patio. Great communal areas. The staff (except Alejandro who is a Lamo) was awesome. Great bar downstairs with plenty of beautiful colombian women. Centrally located just around the corner from the bars and discotecas. Great place! if you ever lucky enough to find yourself in Manizales stay here!

Well, I would say this is one of the best hostels I've ever been. The location is perfect, near to bars, discos, theaters and the universities, the mood around the hostel is very nice with lots of locals that come into the bar (which is a very nice place to have a drink), there's also a nice jacuzzi that I... This was a really mixed bag for us as our stay started badly and then got slightly better (once we'd had words with the owner) but we struggled to find any decent hostels in Manizales (we were there to hike into the national park). Good points: spacious rooms, main owner is friendly and helpful with trips. Bad points: we had... More

We had the misfortune to stay here for one night of the booked three night stay late December. The room (7 or 8 cant remember) given was directly above the Bar with the balcony facing the road where all the drinkers sit ouside having drinks and smokes. Not to bad but when the bar plays the loudest 'music' with speakers... More

Booking done for 14 people for 2 nights, more then a month before and rechecked and confirmed about 5 days before. After arriving we were told that we have no reservation. After some arguing they "found" our reservation for 1 person for 14 days :-S. After some more words exchange and showing them a copy of their confirmation email they... More
