It all starts with the people. Very friendly, not too many, but a few were successful in various positions: Concierge, Waiter, etc. We stayed in a mini-suite, spacious, big room, with 2 bathrooms, one very nice with a crystal view shower, a not so comfortable living room with chimney ( I would've loved to have it in the room because...

It is totally worth staying in a private cabin! Walking the estate, the little church was so nice! We did not get to go but Nevado del Ruiz and a Water Park are a short distance from this very nice hotel. The thermal pools are so nice to be in!

Loved these thermals. Fourth time I have visited them. First time we booked a cabin with private tub piped directly to thermals. Loved the place. Difficult to find but well worth the trip. Will definetly go again.

This is a place with beautiful surroundings, termal pools and nice service. The food is not great but the location is terrific. It is a good weekend spot and it also works for business meetings. The view is truly amazing

Excellent service, good food, clean and well kept cabins. Very kind people, multiple activities around to do very close to the Nevado, beautiful place surrounded by nature, the hot water spring tubs are great.

There is beautiful place located in the middle of the mountain close to "nevado del Ruiz" Healthy hot sulfur water comming from vulcano. I had a relaxing weekend with my wife enjoying a jacuzzi next to the room with chimney.

Our family rented two cabins here and our only regret was not having stayed longer. The local-style cabins are quite attractive and cozy - we rented the ones with the private jacuzzi outside and loved that feature. The bathrooms are also attractive and make you feel like you're showering in a garden. The grounds and views are spectacular and the...

We stayed for 2 nights at the Termales El Otono. We stayed in a Junior Suite, small cottage with beautiful bedroom, sitting area opening up to our personal hottub. We understand these are much better than the less expensive rooms. Go for the upgrade. The grounds are beautiful with multiple hot tubs all heated with natural geothermal waters. High in...

We spent the day at the Termales. The location is lovely, very peaceful. The hotel is really nice, lovely quaint rooms, designed to look like a local village. The termales themselves are a little disappointing, the pools are small and not in such a natural environment as those in Santa Rosa. They are clean and modern. The food was excellent,...

Beautiful Location and the hot springs are spectacular. The mattresses were extremely hard, cold and clammy. I do not recommend taking any room below a suite as you will not have heating and the doors will have big gaps to the floor through which the icy night air breezes. The service is EXTREMELY slow - I do not know if...
