There is beautiful place located in the middle of the mountain close to "nevado del Ruiz" Healthy hot sulfur water comming from vulcano. I had a relaxing weekend with my wife enjoying a jacuzzi next to the room with chimney.

Our family rented two cabins here and our only regret was not having stayed longer. The local-style cabins are quite attractive and cozy - we rented the ones with the private jacuzzi outside and loved that feature. The bathrooms are also attractive and make you feel like you're showering in a garden. The grounds and views are spectacular and the...

We stayed for 2 nights at the Termales El Otono. We stayed in a Junior Suite, small cottage with beautiful bedroom, sitting area opening up to our personal hottub. We understand these are much better than the less expensive rooms. Go for the upgrade. The grounds are beautiful with multiple hot tubs all heated with natural geothermal waters. High in...

We spent the day at the Termales. The location is lovely, very peaceful. The hotel is really nice, lovely quaint rooms, designed to look like a local village. The termales themselves are a little disappointing, the pools are small and not in such a natural environment as those in Santa Rosa. They are clean and modern. The food was excellent,...

Beautiful Location and the hot springs are spectacular. The mattresses were extremely hard, cold and clammy. I do not recommend taking any room below a suite as you will not have heating and the doors will have big gaps to the floor through which the icy night air breezes. The service is EXTREMELY slow - I do not know if...

The hotel is beautiful and the "baños termales" are amazing. The cabin where we stayed had a private jacuzzi with volcano water. The landscape is wonderful the mountains make you feel in a story tale. The only bad thing is that the bathroom in our cabin wasn't absolutely clean! Ewww we found a ball of hair and for me it...

This is a very well kept small hotel with hot baths in an idyllic location. The staff and food were also very good. However, it is useful to be careful about the bill. After we paid and were about to depart, the clerk smilingly called us and said that we had consumed two bottles of water. Bottled water is often...

We went to this hotel for a night while our kids stayed behind with the grandparents. I know this is by no means a 5 star hotel, one where the bathrooms are all fancy and brand new or the mattress is a tempurpedic, but in all honesty we did not go to the countryside for that... we went to get...

We were treated like royalty on our first of three nights. The room was 60 degrees F in our room. Leonardo builds a fire. When it went out, he rebuilt it and it kept the place cozy and damp free. He also brought an electric heater for the bedroom. We loved the private hot spring tub outdoors and used it...

We were looking for thermal baths in the area and chanced upon these . It is a very well run set up with several pools of different temperature and jacuzzi pools . Depending on your accommodation you may have your own private jacuzzi next to your " cottage " The rooms are in the form of individual cottages set beautifully...
