I was at the hotel for almost a week, attending a conference. Nice room and bed, excellent shower. Wonderful breakfast, with plenty of juices, fruits, a decious coffe and more. The best, though, was the team, specially (but not only) at the restaurant. Internet in my room was the only thing that did not really work all the time. Many...

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right in the heart of Manizales and walking distance to so many amazing sights. The rooms are okay. The bed is hard as a rock and the water came out of the faucet brown my first night there (but not ever again in the 10 days I spent here)....

We stayed one night in the Presidential Suite for our wedding night and liked it. Upon entering our room we saw that the room was decorated with rose petals and towel animals! We also got some complimentary champagne and fruit as we just got married. I thought it was a nice touch. Breakfast the next morning was nice. The usual...

I did not enjoy this room at all. The rooms did not have air conditioning. Was hot and humid. Had one small window with no screen which allowed insects in. I left the hotel and went to another after 2 nights. Staff was friendly but the room was very basic. I arrived during the busiest time for the annual new...

This is an old old hotel that is average in every way. Poor location, old furnishings, bad room design, i would not reccomend staying here. Bright spot, the staff is nice, and the restaurant has decent food.

Location of the hotel is within walking distance to the center of this part of Manizales, and to a shopping major mall. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful (booking our next hotel etc.). Breakfast was basic, like the hotel room. I had a fantastic view from my room (as, due to the location of the hotel, probably...
