While the island of St. Lucia is absolutely breathtaking, the resort and staff at Serenity completely outdid themselves. Our butler, Corniel, went out of his way to accommodate my husband and I and made our honeymoon one we’ll brag about for years to come. Serenity does a wonderful job at welcoming guests and planning activities so couples can do as little or as much as they wish. It was the perfect balance of romantic, relaxing, and luxurious. The bar & dining staff (s/o Jemma, Lee, Charles, Dedon, & Natoya) were pleasant and served up five star drinks and meals. The turndown team, massage experts, and room service staff made our stay especially memorable. I’d highly recommend the beachfront dinner, sunset cruise, island excursion, and rum tasting. Serenity also takes “Sunday funday” to the next level with Jonathan’s coconut drinks-an absolute must. We can’t wait to plan our return trip! Five stars!

Hotel's Favorite
Our honeymoon stay at Serenity not only exceeded our expectations but it was perfect. We mostly appreciated the staff, who were warm, happy, and personable. They quickly came to know our names and unique requests and catered to our every need throughout our stay. We felt a connection to many of them by the end of the week because of their attentive and friendly attitudes. The facilities are wonderful. Our suite was beautifully appointed and extremely private. We spent a lot of time in the courtyard, lounging in the hammock and the plunge pool, having morning coffee in the sitting area, and enjoying showering outdoors. The common spaces also provided great opportunities for relaxation and socialization. We really loved the private cabana at the beach, a nice place to relax and enjoy the ocean in the sun or the shade (and protected from the wind). It was also a nice touch to find it stocked by our butler with cold drinks. The excursions arranged through the facility were awesome, and we felt very fortunate to experience St. Lucia’s island beauty despite the COVID restrictions. The botanical gardens, volcano and mud bath days were fun adventures. The catamaran trip to snorkel around Sugar Beach was beautiful and exciting. We would like to acknowledge the Serenity “all stars” whom we had the most interactions with - our butler Corneil and servers / bartenders Ethan, Lez, and Tyler. All of them were super friendly and made us feel extremely special. Lastly, we’d like to thank Chris, not only for managing the property to such a high standard but also for helping us work through an issue with the travel agency.

MIke D, Thank you for your review! Knowing that it was coming, I was all agog to read it. Your Serenity family is glowing because you found the true feeling of Serenity and it was "perfect" in your eyes! It is always our goal to surpass expectations. Our staff are "all stars", creating bonds and serving from the heart comes natural. We look forward to your next visit back home, all the best to the two of you until then. Cheers! Chris

The whole Serentiy experience exceeded all of our expectations. The resort was very clean and beautiful. All of the staff at Serenity were friendly and always eager to help to make sure our stay was over the top. Our butler, Nerissa went above and beyond to take care of everything that we wanted to do while we were visiting the island. She worked with us to draw up an itinerary of things we wanted to do and see and kept us updated on the daily events happening at the resort as well. Our private villa and courtyard were amazing and very luxurious and relaxing.

Serenity more than lives up to its reviews - it's no ordinary all-inclusive resort. From the moment you arrive to the moment you are waved off in your transfer, you are made to feel incredibly welcome. Could not recommend it enough. The resort is absolutely gorgeous - 36 well-spaced-out villas, a stunning pool, glorious gardens with hummingbirds flitting in the trees. Although the resort was full during our stay, it never felt busy. No fighting for loungers here! The villa itself was sublime - gorgeous plunge pool, cute bar area, massive hammock, and inside a very comfortable bed and incredible shower! The outdoor minibar was fully stocked with Piton beer, water, juices, tonic, ginger ale, etc and there was a huge ice box too. They also left us a little welcome hamper of snacks and toiletries - including some well-needed bite cream! Our butler, Quade, was super chilled and friendly. He called us a few times every day to check in that we were ok, and was there to meet us or organise something at the drop of a hat. So accommodating and charming. The other staff members were amazing too - Ginel was so friendly when serving dinner, the bar staff always remembered what we wanted to drink (dirty banana forever!) and various members of the cleaning/turn-down team left us notes before we went to sleep. Everything had that personal touch. The food was just as fantastic. We chose to have breakfast both in our villa and in the restaurant, and both experiences were great. Dinner was had either in the restaurant (3-course meal plus amuse bouche, palate cleanser and aperitif every night!), plus one night they had a surf and turf party down by the beach with fantastic live singers. Truly five-star quality all round. If you're looking for romance or a place to get away from it all, this is where you should go. Incredible value and service.

Our stay at Serenity was phenomenal to say the least. I don’t really know where to start on this review as everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment you arrive on site, you are treated like royalty. We stayed for 7 nights, which included the Grand Romance Package. All of these excursions were great. The couples escapade island tour was a private car which included one on one explanation of the island, mud bath, botanical garden and much more. Our guide was Adrian and he was great. The beach cabana day was nice and relaxing. Cabana dinner was wonderful.
We also added several excursions which turned out awesome. The zip line was action packed and very fun. We added horseback riding which went on a nice bluff by the ocean and then down to a beach. The sail and snorkel tour at the base of the pitons included 2 snorkel stops and was a great time as well. The room with plunge pool is wonderful. Outdoor shower, hammock, private bar and much more. The butlers cater your in-suite fridge to your request. The housekeeping staff had the room immaculate, left poems / notes daily and wonderful towel creations. Shout out to Rosey, Tracy, and Shirley. Lee was the bartender during the day, and Charles was during the night. These guys keep the drinks flowing. Get you a Dirty Banana. If you want a Coconut Drink, Johnathan is your man! There is no shortage of alcohol at the resort! Food. The Greathouse and room service is all you need. Putting out wonderful dishes every night is just what they do. Shoutout to Chef Leo and Roy. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you request are granted. They are closed on Wednesday night, but the resort sets up a wonderful beach dinner with band and fire instead. One of our favorite nights. The wait staff at Serenity is incredible. Ray, Jimma, Natasha, Neige, Ali, Ginel and I’m sure a few more I am forgetting. Last, I want to mention the staff, who make this experience truly what it is. The resort is managed by Chris, who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay at Serenity is unparalleled. He runs a 5 start operation, but could not do it without his wonderful team. The butlers: Ethan, Quade, Kert, McCarthy, Mcgregor. I can’t say enough about these guys. Hands down to them. They put up with all of my crazy requests for the week and were outstanding! If you are reading this, do not hesitate to book at Serenity. We will be back. See everyone soon! -The MacNealy's
