My 2-night 2nd floor Tudor Court stay had some real inconveniences. The second floor room had a third floor bathroom. Not good for middle of night bathroom needs. There is no ice machine and no in-room refrigerator, despite the hotel's prices and billing as an elite hotel. Requests for ice and glass glasses (absent from the room) incurred room service... I was there with a bus tour so we were out all day. Only drawback was there was nothing to do at night, except eat and drink (which is not a hardship). Very hand for a lovely trip to Broadway and Bourton on the Water and also Warwick Castle which is great for all ages.

We stayed for one night in the Henry VIII room. Albeit a little dated the room was tidy, comfortable and well kept. We sat in the rear garden for our afternoon Tea and were extremely impressed with both the meal and the surroundings. Breakfast was fantastic with a cooked to order Full English and a well stocked cold-buffet. We would... More

We booked the weekend via a deal to include two nights bed and breakfast, champagne afternoon tea and tickets to Warwick castle. Due to availability we had to upgrade to secure the booking. We were not disappointed at all, the room ( Anne Boleyn) was lovely and worth the upgrade of £10 charged. We arrived after an arduous journey to... More

Our 13year old grandson was having a super-car driving experience at nearby Throgmorton and we booked into this hotel for a night's stay. What a wonderful experience. The hotel appears to be a large old Manor house with attendant buildings and dates back to 1622 (according to the stone over the front door). There is not a square wall in... More

Lovely setting and grounds. Rooms in main building were full of old character, but creepy and in need of some updating. We moved to room in 'coach house'/annex which was much brighter, but again in need of maintenance and a thorough clean! Wall lights had 4 mismatched odd bare bulbs, not all working, but covered in cobwebs. Bed had a... More

We arrived to stay on a Friday night in August. The hotel was quiet on check in around 5pm ish. We booked 2 rooms and they were together as requested and made up into a double and twin again as per request. We had the Sir Thomas room and William Shakespeare room (30 and 31) which were situated across from... More

From the approach up the driveway we were impressed with this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and overlooked the beautiful garden. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices of tasty pastries, fruit, cereals and a full english cooked exactly how you like it. I literally couldn't find any fault with the whole place.... More

Great venue. Food was excellent and excellent service .Couldn't fault anything on the day. Would recommend Emily as the planner. She did a wonderful job. Only slight downside was the full English was a bit on the miserly side in the morning but that might just be me being greedy and hungover.
