We have had a few meals at Salford Hall, usually lunches, but they have all been really excellent. Quality of the food is top notch and very well presented. The surroundings are also top of the pile, being very spacious and high quality. The staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble to them. Top of the class!!

I've stayed in lots of different hotels over many years of holidays and travelling around for both work and pleasure - but this has to be the most unique and interesting one ever! Stayed for 4 nights as our base for a coach tour. Our bedroom was in the Hall itself (other rooms in outbuildings, some of which look as... More

Bought a two night deal and went for our anniversary in early Sept. This is a lovely lovely building, is it perfect? No, but it offers something different, it's quirky and interesting. We had a room in the annexe across the road, it was cosy with a traditional four poster. The bathroom was very modern, and would benefit from a... More

We booked this on a groupon that gave room and breakfast, afternoon sparkling tea on arrival and 2 ticket entrance to Warwick Castle for £99. Abosolute bargain! Tea was nice and fullfilling, we stayed in the Queen Anne room, the staff were attentive and we had a few cheekies in the bar in the evening! Overall great place to spend... More

Stayed for one night. Got a twin room. Reception good check in and friendly staff. Room in outside block. Room a good size, modern bathroom good sized tv. Beds not comfy at all but slept ok. Food was good as was the service. Parking was a plenty. Good price but would prefer a double next time.

Stayed for one night with family, 6 of us all together. Really impressed, set in lovely quiet surroundings, the staff are very friendly and attentative. We had a bar meal in the evening which was excellent although the cheeseboard was a bit expensive ! It's a dog friendly place, there were 3 dogs in the small bar area when we arrived... More

We enjoyed our two night stay. Our ground floor room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our freshly cooked breakfast and piping hot coffee. Dinner on both evenings was very good. We found all the staff pleasant, helpful and polite.

Stayed here on a groupon deal.... Really good value for money. Needs some updating but our room was ok.... There was a coffee stain on the wall which needed wiping. Food was good...dinner better than breakfast. Nothing to complain about. We had. Good stay.

My 'room' was curiously laid out - that was part of its charm! The window was high and small but opened (I HATE hotels where windows are locked shut even if there's aircon) Internet access was good. Breakfast was fair but I have a personal dislike of variety pack cereals where the only muesli is Alpen. There are up-market mueslis... More

A lovely hotel that's real quirky. We stayed four nights and ate in the restaurant on on evening which was quite nice (we don't normally do hotel food because it's expensive and poor quality) but the burger was nice and the fish and chips plentiful. Breakfast was good with the full range of options. My only issue with the hotel... More
