We stayed one night in Room One (top floor, no lift) - large double - plenty of space, clean and comfortable en suite room with shower. Nice chaise to sit on, TV, tea, coffee and biscuits. Key to get in and out of the building. Free wifi. Full english breakfast included in the very good price. Very well located in...

Nicely situated small B and B in a quiet side road between Hove main street and the Sea front .Comfortable room with tea making facilities and biscuits (nice touch). There is a decent pub 50 yards away and Brighton itself is a 15 minute interesting walk through a very ethnically diverse community . The breakfast we asked for was vedgie...

Comfortable room and bed. Lovely owner Helene cooked an excellent breakfast. Good WiFi in the bedroom and nice toiletries. There is a small fridge in the room which would be good in warm weather. The radiator was a bit hot and we couldn't turn it down but opened the large window. I couldn't regulate the shower very well but other...

I stayed in November, the B&B was lovely and warm with a comfortable bed and very clean. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were topped up daily and the breakfast was delicious and tailored to whatever I requested. Friendly and helpful owners, thanks for a great stay.

A very warm welcome from Tony and Helene, who were helpful with information about parking and local facilities. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and well cooked food. Parking was a little tricky at times, but that's Brighton all over. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in mid October, our ensuite room was very nice, lovely décor and modern clean bath room, but only had single glazing (sash windows) so if you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine. Every where is clean with a few signs of wear but the dining room was modern and...

Tea and coffee is provided and a little fridge had drinks in.Very quiet which we expected at this time of year. Only a short walk to the Pier and The Lanes which...

Good location, and quiet. Tiny but well-designed single room, with enough coat-hangers (my usual gripe), lighting one could read by, roomy modern shower, and decent towel rail. Excellent breakfast, and exceptional service: when I had to go out too early for breakfast at the weekend, a tray of cereal, croissant and fruit was produced the night before.

Great couple of nights. We had the en-suite room, really nice, had everything we needed. Great location, easy to walk into town or seafront. Breakfast was made fresh, full English was excellent! Rooms were cleaned / restocked of tea/coffee daily. Would definitely come here again. Nice easy going atmosphere.
