I stayed in November, the B&B was lovely and warm with a comfortable bed and very clean. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were topped up daily and the breakfast was delicious and tailored to whatever I requested. Friendly and helpful owners, thanks for a great stay.

A very warm welcome from Tony and Helene, who were helpful with information about parking and local facilities. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and well cooked food. Parking was a little tricky at times, but that's Brighton all over. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in mid October, our ensuite room was very nice, lovely décor and modern clean bath room, but only had single glazing (sash windows) so if you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine. Every where is clean with a few signs of wear but the dining room was modern and... More

We stayed for two nights and can not fault it!. Clean and tidy room with comfy bed and a clean bathroom with shower that was easy to use. Tea and coffee is provided and a little fridge had drinks in.Very quiet which we expected at this time of year. Only a short walk to the Pier and The Lanes which... More

Good location, and quiet. Tiny but well-designed single room, with enough coat-hangers (my usual gripe), lighting one could read by, roomy modern shower, and decent towel rail. Excellent breakfast, and exceptional service: when I had to go out too early for breakfast at the weekend, a tray of cereal, croissant and fruit was produced the night before.

Great couple of nights. We had the en-suite room, really nice, had everything we needed. Great location, easy to walk into town or seafront. Breakfast was made fresh, full English was excellent! Rooms were cleaned / restocked of tea/coffee daily. Would definitely come here again. Nice easy going atmosphere.

Proper service, friendly, efficient, thoroughly enjoyable. A super welcome from Tony, comfortable room which is cleaned every day - unlike some 'hotels' elsewhere in Brighton where this is not the case. Actually much more than a guest house. Breakfasts are generous and of excellent quality in a very pleasant dining room. Fresh flowers in the hallway are just one indication... More
