Very clean and comfortable, the usual maintenance problems common with the region, mainly lights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect less than 30 minutes (taking you time) walk to the Balikgol park, famous in this part of world. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Parking is the usual tucked away place down a side alley and...

This hotel is not the cheapest place, but you get more than your money's worth here. The rooms are bigger than other hotels in this price range, and they have a breakfast buffet that is larger than most. They have a large meeting room available and hot tea is always available. The staff does not speak much English, but they...

Clean, basic hotel in a good location. 20 minute walk to Balikli Gol. Breakfast is fairly limited for Western palates. Hotel staff does not speak English so communicating can be challenging. If you want quiet, ask for a room off the main street. It's noisy. Overall good value.

Very clean, room and bathroom. Right in the city center, easy, couple of meters reach to shops. Very friendly staff, asked everything about the city. Breakfast was really good with different versions of local cheese, olive, jam etc. Right choice for the family; we were 2 family with children

This hotel is fairly simple but is clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms OK. There is Wifi available and air conditioning and a lift. The bus stop for Gölbasi is right outside the hotel. The breakfast room is pleasant with a nice outlook. The staff respond to a smile and a Merhaba (Hello ) greeting. The hotel is very good value.

Hotel Arte offers nothing extra. The rooms are basic and not particularly clean, the breakfast is very basic (coffee, bread and undrinkable juice etc.), but this is well reflected in the price (we paid 35 euros for a double room/night - note that there are big differences in the price depending on how and where you reserve it). The location...

We stayed in two rooms for 2 nights during July when temperatures were 40c plus. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and well air conditioned (thankfully!) making for peaceful nights. The location of the hotel is central and is positioned on a busy road leading to all of the main sights of Urfa. Staff friendly enough (only limited English spoken)...

When I arrived in Urfa I had a bit of trouble adjusting, as few people spoke English and the town was difficult to navigate. I'm sceptical of Arte's claims to "bilingual staff" as I had trouble convincing reception that I'd already made a booking and paid a booking fee. Similarly, claims to "24-hour check-in" did not stand up as I...

We found that the hotel was good and clean. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. The toilet and shower were separated by a sliding perspex screen. The breakfast was a very good Turkish style meal. Surroundings were excellent. Although English was a slight problem but the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There...
