Hotel was in general terms ok and at a walking distance to the city center and museums. Restaurant was goog. Some staff would benefit a lot from improving their knowledge of English. The air conditioning in our room was not generating enough cooling. I referred it in the reception, but nothing changed.
At the checkout, we wanted to buy an article they had on display on a glassed-door shelve. But the staff told me that the people who could open it would arrive at 7 PM only... We were delightfully and pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome we received especially by the arrival front desk personnel in particular Ferhat Ykmaz . He checked us in early and upgraded our room. This hotel was very close to a mall and bot too far from the city center. The hotel arranged taxi service to the unesco site and to the city. This stay was very enjoyable and memorable.

This is hotel is ten minutes walk to a very nice museums: şanlıurfa museum and mozaic museums. The best think about the hotel is its warm, friendly staff who make you feel at home. This is a reflection of the hospitality of the city. Our room was a corner room which was 40sqm that my daughter enjoyed a lot. Pool was nice and clean. Taxi drivers nearby were also very reliable. Breakfast and dinner were also satisfactory.

The reason why I choose this hotel is because it’s an Hilton hotel, thus I assume the service should be satisfying, however it turn out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had.
The very 1st night is so hot, I tried to turn on the air conditioner however the room’s temperature did not lower down, I could barely sleep that night. The very next day, I ask the front door about it, he said their AC only blow warm air, if I want to cool down, I just need to open the window of my room. WTF, my room is next to the busy road, the air outside is disgusting plus it’s quite noisy even in 3:00 am.
I still could not sleep well because of the noise and disgusting smell from the road, thus I become mentally stressed and fatigued next day.
I am very pissed off by what I experienced, how dare this hotel call itself a Hilton hotel with such lousy experience it provide.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel for some visits nearby. The hotel is situated in front of the archeolohical museum and next to a shopping mall. Free underground parking is available.

Rooms are very clean. Indoor pool was closed due to covid19. Gym was open but not that furnished.

With its location close to historic sights in Shanlıurfa and landscaping structure, it’s a place to stay safe and enjoyable, and the indoor garage is a big bonus.
The breakfast was excellent and we loved the local delights.
The room was very large and clean.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Gobekle Tepe. Sanliurfa is a great location as your center point. if you do visit Gobekle Tepe then you need to pair it with the Sanliurfa Archeologocal museum which is massive and has a full sized replica of the temples and a lot of additional items on display. There is also the museum of mozaics on the same grounds. The Hotel firstly is very well situated for the museum and other Sanliurfa sites (Balicligol, Castle etc.) The hotel is a little dated decoration wise but has very good restaurant and downstairs bar service. Breakfast was good with omelets and a full range of usual items. Beds and furniture in the rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV channels are bad with little or no international channels. Overall a good value for money hotel, with great location. And they have alcohol which was rare for the town.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden inn to see the Gobekle Teppe site and the Sanliurfa museum. The we drove around 1 hour north the next day and stayed at the Karadut pansion hotel. Very basic but they did us a great tour of both Nemrut and all the local sites around 6 hours for 450TL. Nemrut may be a but far from Sanliurfa.
I honestly can't tell you but I do know the staff at front of desk were extremely friendly and accommodating when I was there
