Excellent holiday. We stayed In a Supreme Lounge which was very well -equipped & lovely. It had everything you need there inc a welcome pack with kitchen wash things but you will need washing-up liquid, bin bags & hairdryer. Only negative is the lack of facilities on the beach which i thought was very poor considering it is a family destination. Toilets were only open “if” the sports cafe was open and our accommodation was a 20 min walk from beach. Accom is a walk from everywhere so not ideal if not able to do that each day (though you could drive).

Visiting the Netherlands for a family event, great deal on 3 nights with eurocamp staying in a 3 bedroom Azure with our 2 young children, much less expensive than staying in Amsterdam. Was pleasantly surprised, location not amazing in April but nice enough and beach very nearby. Lovely reception by reps (tip - eurocamp hut is in the car park opposite the playground) and nice enough caravan. A little pokey inside but clean and most things you would need and large queen sized bed. Plenty of hot water for the shower but quite low pressure. Annoyingly toilet and shower room (which has the sink) are at opposite ends of the caravan. Is a shame prices for hiring bed linen so astronomical but luckily we were driving so able to bring our own but just be aware need larger than double sheet for the queen sized bed. Really lovely large outdoor enclosed decking area with a BBQ (tip - bring a blanket in cooler weather). The shop is well stocked but very expensive. Nice restaurant with great indoor children’s play area and outdoor area, similar prices to restaurants in UK. Good value take away too with lovely food. Great playground for kids plus very well stocked bike hire shop (the fun bikes are great) and probably useful if staying longer as huge site and our caravan was a good 10 minute walk from the amenities. All the staff on site were very friendly, not a particularly friendly vibe in regards to other guests/locals but everyone was civil and polite enough. Kids club looked to do quite comprehensive range of activities and swimming pool also on site but we didn’t use either so can’t comment. We were in 2 minds about visiting a eurocamp for our main holiday as so reviews often mixed but would definitely consider after this trip. Overall was great value and kids had a wonderful time

The location if the resort is great. The house was ok, but small for 4 people, and tiny kitchen area. Sadly, our house was very dated, and not well maintained. It needed a bit of maintenance, fixing a brocken light, and painting needed attention. But if you don’t care too much, its fine. I would class it as a sort of 2 star sleeping accomodqtion. You have good parking, next to the house, and we were only 50 meters from the new updated resort dinner.

Its on the beech this resort, so great.

The pool was great, kids loved the massive water slide, and 3 pools, including wave pool. But again, a lot of maintanve could be done to upgrade this pool place.

In summary, great location, accommodation was acceptable, if your not staying more than 3 or so days, and if you like a place for young families its good. Most activities are in dutch, including the sing along nights, which people really enjoyed, so a real holiday spirit was evident and nice.

We stayed here with Eurocamp and the pictures were beautiful until we got there. Apparently it's a small site with 280 pitches, we were caravan 1163, the site is massive with caravans tightly packed together. Our toilet window opened up onto next doors decking. The caravan was a nice layout and clean but sited on a postage stamp. On the walk to the swimming pool there are some lovely canals that smell like sewerage. It was so bad we arrived 7 o'clock Saturday night and by 10 past 9 Sunday morning we had paid an extra £400 to move to another campsite. Would never even consider going there again

Terribly bad beach house with dangerous staircase to bedroom, other bedroom for our son to small , no comfort, outdated and very poorly decorated.
High chance to fall from the steep staircase during nighttime.

Dear guest, We would like to thank you for your feedback about your experience at Roompot Beach Resort. We're sorry to hear that you found the beach house to be uncomfortable and outdated. Our holiday village offers a variety of accommodations, some of which have been recently restyled to provide a more modern and trendy feel. We understand that the staircase in the beach house might not be suitable for everyone and we appreciate your feedback on this matter. For future stays, we recommend checking out our restyled accommodations or perhaps trying one of our other types of holiday homes that might better suit your needs and preferences. We're always here to help you find the perfect accommodation for your stay. All the best, Roompot

Nice place, enjoyed the pool.
Ate in the terrace cafe and snack bar but doos was poor . Staff unhelpful, if we asked anything they told us to ask a colleague or just have us one word answers. Decided our last night we would have a special mea so went to the Beach Club which is a beautiful setting. They forgot our starters and when they eventually did come, they left out my daughters. Then after starters we waited 2 hours for main and it turned out they’d lost the order. Our children were passed being hungry so we decided to cancel but them they offered take out which we did. Food was delicious but a shame the children were too tired to eat. They knocked 10% off the bill so we paid €120. I think they should have not charged us for the mains but we accepted the discount.
I’ve been surprised by the lack of friendliness from staff and it has put me off returning to the Netherlands sadly

We arrived on a Sautrday night in the new 'Azure Lounge' buy Sunday morning I was on the phone to Eurocamp begging them to find an alernative park. The vans are so SO close to each other that when you open a window it opens onto the neighbours decking. (not even an exaggeration, the toilet window opened OVER their decking, handy if you run out of loo roll!) There is zero privacy. No place for the children to play and it felt like we were at the end of a rabbit warren miles from everything. It's two Eurocamp vans on one pitch, in the middle of private vans. No Eurocamp 'vibe' feel.

Arrived one afternoon after a long journey to see if they had space for one small tent for the night. The staff at reception were straight away very rude, didn't know what they were doing, the two receptionists were bickering and gossiping amongst themselves whilst checking us in. When it came to paying she told us we had to pay by card because she couldn't be bothered to get the till from upstairs, which was a great inconvenience to us.

The price for one nights camping was considerably more than anywhere else we've camped this trip in the whole of Europe. Why's that? Is not as if that includes any extra's or quality at that...for the kids you have to pay for all the extras (trampline etc), the price of food and drink is extortionate, showers and toilets were dirty and they were even so stingy to not even provide toilet roll!

When we found our plot... it was just one big muddy puddle, and as far as we know it hadn't even been raining that day. So we just went and found our own empty plot somewhere else, nobody said anything. I wouldnt pay a penny to stay at this place again.

What a fantastic campsite. Very clean and close to the beach and lots of places near by to visit. Our accommodation was a 5 minute walk to the beach and other camp facilities and we were pleased with the quietness of what looked like a very busy campsite. Drinks and food quite pricey on site but nearby wissenkerke has a spar (even stocked 24 beers for 5 Euro!) and a supermarket was on the way to vlissingden (great beach resort) . 90% of campers were German, 9% Dutch and the rest English so it might be wise to brush up on basic language to get by but don’t let that put you off as there is always google translate! Our accommodation was clean and comfortable but could benefit from a wood burner at night on the patio as it did get a little chilly. Overall a great place to explore Holland. We visited wissenkerke, veere, middleburg, Bruges, vlissingden
