We booked the luxury 4BL cottage for a weekend at this park and got assigned to #107. It was a nice house with a nice garden around it. The cottage itself was well maintained and in a good shape. Not perfectly clean, but clean enough not to be bothered by it.

The cottage offered a fully equipped kitchen including microwave/oven combination, gas stove, coffee machine, Senseo, dishwasher, hot water kettle and the usual cutlery, plates and cups. The living room had a fireplace. The TV was somewhat illogically placed, but it was doable albeit that the tv signal was pretty bad and there's not a whole lot of channels to be viewed (still on analog cable signal). There was one bathroom with a bubble bath and a separate shower along with two sinks. The toilet was placed in a separate room. The cottage also had a dryer and washing machine along with cleaning equipment like a bucket, duster, brooms, vacuum cleaner, iron (but without ironing board?!). The bedroom downstairs had a little safe hidden in the closet.

The rooms upstairs were a bit illogical. One room had two beds and a solar bed in it. There was also a TV placed against the wall. The other room was empty besides a closet and contained a really small sauna. Very enjoyable after a day at the beach!

There is WiFi in the cottage, but they're asking quite a fee for using it. Its a really decent 20 mbit down/2 mbit up private cable internet line though that you will get.

The surroundings are well maintained and quiet. We had a busy road behind our cottage which caused a bit of noise, but nothing too disturbing. There's a lot of privacy due to the nature surrounding the cottage.

There's place to park one car decently at the cottage, two if you park it tight.

The park store is small, but has the necessary basics. Obviously at a higher price than super markets. There's an Albert Heijn supermarket on 8 minutes driving distance from the park. It has free parking, although I can imagine it can be hard to find a parking spot there during the high season.

The nearby beach is nice. Parking is paid, about 1 euro per hour. Lifeguards are on duty and there's plenty of cafes around in the area to eat and drink.

We were aware that there was no swimming pool at this park. We did kind of miss it though during the rainy moments.

The reception may be a bit difficult to locate. There's a big sign on the entrance road pointing you to a private road that says gym school only. Don't let that throw you off guard, take that road until you reach a parking lot. Park there. Right night to the gym there's the reception. It isn't very well marked.

We paid 426 euro for a Friday thru Monday stay. It was a luxurious cottage, but I would say its a bit overpriced for what you get. Next time we'll go for the cheaper parks again.

We stayed here for a weekend and the cottages are pretty decent for what you pay for.
Cottage: The cottages are spacious and comfortable, even the normal houses have a bubble bath and a separate shower. The rooms are big enough and offer a good comfort.

Price: Price is decent compared to others in the neighbourhood. For the amenities onsite it should be a little lower.

bathroom: 2 bathrooms and a lot of room, one room with a good strong shower and one room with a bubble bath. Good setup!

Services: There is a small supermarket nearby but the town is also close, so nothing much to do. But close to the beach, towns and "neeltje Jans" doesn't really make that a problem.

neighborhood: 10 minute bike drive to the beach, 10 min car drive to the town and neeltje Jans and 15min car drive to a close by swimming complex. Enough to find in the area.

Parking: Free parking near your cottage.

Overall: The space is big enough and the furniture is decent enough. Overall we had a good stay here. But there is one mayor downside, there is nothing on the park to do and you need to go outside the park for something to do beside watching TV or playing cards :).

We are currently staying in one of the cottages of Villa park livingstone. The cottages are very dated and poorly maintained.
The hygiene also leaves its wishes so you first have to clean the entire Cabin before you dare to sit down.
There's nothing for the kids to do.
