Clean, large rooms. Super friendly owners and personnel. Beach, forest and centre of De Koog within walking distance. What more can you ask for? Well, nothing really, but that's where Kogerstaete really distinguishes itself from other hotels. Because on top of all you can ask for, came: A bowl with snacks for the dogs in the room upon arrival. But...

Very nice hotel. The room are quite big and well equipped with a nice balcony. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast is very good. Perfect place to relax and visit the island. It is very close to the center of the town but still very quiet

The disadvantage: The additional cost for our 3 years old daughter: 35eur/day (excluding bed sheets and pillow) - which we never had in any other hotels we stayed (bed put in our room with bed sheets, pillow and towels for free as well). The advantages: Amazing place where we (my husband, our daughter and I) enjoyed staying for our 7th...

My family and I stayed in the apartment and were extremely impressed with the space, beds, bathroom, balcony and cleanliness. 3 minute walk to bike hire, restaurants and shops. Fast wifi and good tv. Family run establishment. Very helpful and friendly. A Highly recommended stay for your trip to Texel.

We stayed at Hotel Kogerstaete for three nights last weekend, and loved it! Dirk and Jeanet were very welcoming and friendly, and gave us plenty of info and maps for what to see around Texel. The room was spacious and clean, with balcony and coffee. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and included freshly baked bread. We'd definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the owners. We had booked a suite which was very comfortable and nicely furnished....

The place is nice and the food is good, and very conveniently located near the center of town. THE HIGHLIGHT of the stay was a housekeeping staff member: Bo (as in Bo Derek)!!! She was fantastic, super helpful, friendly, and service oriented. She is the strongest argument in favor of this business. She really was outstanding. The CLEAR DOWNSIDE to...

Its so nice, it looks stylish and new. Breakfast incudes everything you need with some adds like Fresh mint for tea. Parking lot for guests. Very nice and friendly owners. Our room contained also small kitchen equiped with fridge, micowave and coffee maker with capsules, and tea pot with tea bags. I definetely would recommend that place.
