We recently got a dog so we chose this apartment because of that option. Due to a change in reservation, we ended up with a 4-person apartment at an additional fee, which worked out better with the young and slightly nervous adoptive dog, as we had more space. The location is perfect, close to the forest and beaches, and within... More

Spent 3 nights here with my girlfriend to celebrate a late vacation. We had a 2 person apartment on the second floor. Apartment was very clean, of good size and well equipped. Shower w/ toilet is very nice, bedroom and beds are good as well. We had a view on pastures as far as we could see with Texel sheep... More

The appartment itself is really good. We had room nr 18 and it is quite big. It has a large living/kitchen space with a sofa, a table with two chairs and a kitchen with a cooker, a fridge, senseo and kettle. There is a big TV with a DVD-player. At the reception there are some free films. It was very... More

Although we only stayed one night at this great accommodation, we really enjoyed staying in a nice little apartment instead of a hotel or B&B. This small complex is located across from a picturesque farm with grazing sheep and a horse. . . and right next to a small forest. . . very quiet and peaceful. Our unit, #17 on... More

We stayed here June 2012. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. It was very quiet and close to the beach and biking trails. The scenery here could not be beat. Some rooms had green grassy views of the sheep pastures. It is not the most lux hotel, but has everything you need. Beds were a bit... More

Let me start by saying that we have been staying here several times now, when visiting the island of Texel. So clearly we are overall satisfactied with the accomodation ;-) Bos en Duin is located on the outskirts of a forrest, with beach and town at biking distances. Beautiful and quiet surroundings, with nearby plenty of places for eating, kids... More

This is a hotel with apartments, on the border of meadows and the dunes. From our balcony, we had an view over the sheep in the meadow. The apartments are quite large, with a separate bed room. There's a kitchen in the living room. The bath room is quite beautiful. The breakfast was straightforward, but good quality. The staff was... More
