The whole crew i have met, friendly, welcoming. I felt like a real good served gast. Only the restaurant/braserie rooms, downstairs in the basement it feels depressing to sit there without anny daylight. unfortunately it was not possible to get the dinner outside on their beautiful terras with a great view in to their park. they have a small gym... The Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg is at a wonderful location right next to the Kennemer Duinen National Park. The hike/run to the North Sea beach is superb (about 12 km round trip). The hotel serves many guests for business meetings and was quite busy. Generally it felt quite disorganized. On check-in it took three tries to get me a room... More

In mid-June, we had the opportunity to spend two nights in this wonderful hotel to celebrate a birthday. As an old manor, it has a wonderful atmosphere. The room was spacious and very well-appointed, the service was very good, the breakfast buffet scrumptuous. Although the weather was not at its best, the hotel's location in the middle of the dunes... More

The location of the hotel is fantastic; in the dunes. At the arrival surprised that no question was asked if we needed help with the suitcase. The way to the room we had, was a very long walk; the room mediocre standard. Plus: the was a nespresso machine in the room, so we could make our own coffee (nespresso) We... More

The hotel was booked on several occasions to hold trainings. Feedback from over 60 participnats was very positive throughout: quiet and relaxing location, friendly service, good food and very nice ambiance. In addition also the possibility to do some activities.Easy to reach by train from Amsterdam central or airport.

To our regret we had booked only one night in this incredibly beautiful inn in an incredibly beautiful setting. We wished we had booked a week. We have stayed in many fine hotels in many countries, but this one is foremost, The best ever. It looks inside and out like an historic castle -- all stone and brick, with turrets... More

I stayed here with family on a bike tour. Impressive place in a beautiful setting. I have two complaints, that might both be because I'm not European. The first is that the staff seemed to be so focused on being formal and professional that I think the service suffered just a bit. The other was with the stuffiness of the... More

I have used Duin & Kruidberg for many meetings including an overnight stay. And every meeting has been taken care of very well by the people of Duin & Kruidberg. The patio rooms (rooms in the "basement") are modern & spacious, good beds and have sliding doors to a patio. The rooms have a separate toilet, which I think every... More

After two emails for the attention of the General Manager and being completely ignored I feel I can't not leave them go without knowing how disappointed I feel about our stay on the night of 23rd April. We arrived at the hotel late evening with very big expectations as it was the most expensive night of our Holland road trip,... More

The Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg is set in the middle of nature. You can easily access it by car. The brasserie is just greatgreat, we strongly recommend the ´vismarkt' fish suggestion. The fish (vis) was so fresh and tasty. The rooms are large and offer all the services you can expect. The perfect runaway when you want or need to... More
