The hotel is not bad at all for the price. Staff is very helpful . Room is rather small as is the bathroom but you have what you need. Breakfast is really nice with a great choice. The internet is the one thing that is not up to normal standards. Nevertheless, it still is a good place near center city... More

Very tired looking room. Big window so people can see you shower. Great for the peeping Tom's. Basic hotel. It needs a massive make over. It was like a scene of a 1970s bond film. Without James bond. Will not be stopping again

We chose to stay in Etten Leur to be closer to friends; and Het Witte Paard seemed a welcome place for our 3 night stay. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Etten Leur train station and while the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was conveniently located in the town centre, it really was no more than... More

I stayed here at very short notice and I was not let down at all. In fact, I was exceptionally surprised by the standard of decor, furnishings, service, food and the staff. The town is idyllic and the hotel fits in lovely with a lovely outdoor covered area for dining out or for having a simple coffee. All of this... More

This was a quick weekend getaway for my husband and myself. We found this location with Bongo and it included dinner and breakfast. We were incredibly happy with the staff and both dinner and breakfast were wonderful! We surpisingly loved the option to cook our own eggs and bacon in their professional kitchen. The room was very basic. The size... More

Just returned from a three night stay in this lovely area. The hotel rooms were basic but adequate. There was a mix up regarding tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms (none) but there was a coffee machine in the dining area which served excellent free coffees. The service was very good in both the bar and the dining areas, with... More

Hotel was ok, great location, beds comfy, bathroom ok. Room a bit small, though fit for purpose. Staff very nice and big plus- speaking English! The only 2 complaints that we have is: 1. Dirty carpet. Really needs attention. 2. Entrance and reception- bit confusing, no clear signs to show the proper way. There's a lovely pub in the same... More

This is a really nice place to stay. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are small but clean and adequate. The restaurant has a rather small selection for dinner, but the food is good and the service friendly. The bar is popular and always lively (especially during carnival) and for smokers there is an in door smoking... More
