Spent 3 nights at this location during a weekend early January. Snow was falling with ice covering paths and parking lot outside. The hotel did not take initiative to provide safe conditions Iron board is standard according to the reservation but had to go look for one. Reception was not aware and cleaning spent 15 minutes to locate a board...

My first impression was not very good. When I made the phone call to arrange the room booking, I was tranferred and then was put on hold for 15 minutes. The girl who finally answered the phone did not mention the long wait at all and was also seemingly in a hurry to get the reservation done. No friendly voice...

Nice, modern hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is located within walking distance of Etten Leur, but on a very busy road, which makes it not advisable to walk to the town centre. No business center, no guests computer available, but the staff was so friendly to let me use their computer for a few minutes. Modern rooms.

Hotel Trivium is a good hotel. The man at the reception was very friendly and gave us a good room. The room was big. A little bit noise from the street. IT was not super clean but oké. IT has a carpet. The breakfast was good.

Quick check in, although only 1 lady is there to help you. If the phone rings mid during that moment by somebody else asking an inquiry about the hotel, you have to wait untill the call is finished (in our case about 5 minutes: telephone is not forwarded or nobody takes over your check-in). Rooms were basic (not up to...

The hotel is located close to Breda. (5 min drive) There is also a sort of hospital / doctors practice in the same building. Rooms are basic with no extra toiletries, so you will have to bring everything yourself. Wellness is ok, only 7 euro for hotel guests and open till 23.00. Check-in is very slow, there is only one...

Due to holidays and high demand regular rooms were sold out, so we had to pay EUR30 to upgrade to a junior suite in order to still get a room (I had prepaid on a promotion so had no choice but to do this). The room had several lights not working, the sofas were disgusting (I don't say this easily)...
