What a great visit! We spontaneously decided to come to Amsterdam for the Eminem concert. We ended up here and couldn’t have asked for anything more! What a great visit! Thanks you so much! Jarno was an amazing host!

Me and my family arrived the hotel 21.04 after a long day drive from Denmark. We asked the receptionist for dinner ,he said sorry too late. What really pissed us off was on our leaving day. We came down for breakfast and we were not on the list. We came one hour before closing ! ? NO FLEXABILITY AT ALL ! !

* Info hotel is not true 100% with reality, ability to pool and sauna are not in the hotel * Room, OK but you can not open a big window...kettle and tea and coffee in the room incl. in price :-) * Shower, very small and NO window but clean * Room cleaning service, unmade bed :-( * Bar closes at 22.30 including weekends, no other opportunity to do something outside your room * Restaurant, food was good * Located on a MC Donald restaurant (also drive inn), so along this side of the hotel more noise * No lift if there are persons with difficulties to go through the steps

Hotel is terrible - I have only experience with reservation and reception department. I've booked it via internet. The cancellation was impossible. I came, but the hotel cancel my reservation without any information and without any right to do it. I asked for any explanation and some contact with General Manager but nobody has the courage to do it and say even a simple " I'm sorry". Low class of the behavior... Amazing attitude to the guest. Not expected , disappointed, not recommended.

Away from the centre of Arnhem, this is an unassuming hotel that is clean and well presented. Nothing spectacular. But oh the evening meals. I was there on business and at night, having such good quality, hearty yet very well prepared food goes some way to compensate being away from home. The breakfasts are standard fare, but just go through the evening menu and be impressed.
