Beautiful location, beautiful building but noisy if you stay at the front side overlooking the Parking. Especially when your room is above the supplier entrance... The very nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast is 200 meters by foot.
Beautiful room and property in the middle of nature. They don't offer any choice for vegetarians (there is just 1 vegetarian main course and breakfast has different choices of meat, but 1 cheese). Great atmosphere and views.
Plusses: - Amazing Location - Super beautiful building and surroundings - Delicious dinner served in the room, food was a real treat, amazing. Minuses: - Comfort Room nr. 106, bad details, out-of-date design and can use some refreshments. For such a hotel, with such prices, you would expect better. Dirty walls, so-so bathrooms, they definitely could use a good (different) indoor designer for the rooms. The lobby looks good. Though, the view from the room was amazing. With the windows open you can hear the highway. - Breakfast...no variety, meat on top of the cheese, eggs not fully boiled, dry croissants, lots of plastic usages, and not much choice. Comparing the amazing dinner from the night before, the breakfast was a real bummer. Dinner a 10, Breakfast a 2...next time, I will skip the BF and just drive to the nearest Albert Heijn...…
We did spend a night during the Covid lockdown and in the. Dinner was served in our room. The experience of the 4 courses meal with a view towards the river was: wooow The surroundings are great. The bitterballen excelent
Stayed here with a few friends for a cycle weekend escaping covid lockdowns. The location is great and perfectly situated for road bike trips at the Veluwe. Rooms are clean and well equiped. We stayed at the Koetshuis, the only thing missing was a mini bar in room which would be welcome as due to covid rules no alcohol will be served after 8 pm. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will for sure come back with my wife for a relaxing weekend.
