We stayed here during our revent trip to BSB at Assen, hotel has central location in the village and free car parking. Close by are a number of restaurants and places to drink all offering a good selection at varying prices Be ware car parking can get very busy with non residents dining at the hotel so can be difficult...

We've just spent a couple of nights here in this popular hotel - a good find. There was a wedding party downstairs on the first night (noisy late) but the hotel staff were very helpful and found us a quieter room at the back where we could barely hear the music etc. The room was comfortable, and the bed a...

Again, stayed here for the Assen GP. David the manager greeted us on arrival, and the quality approach he gave is mirrored by his bar and waiting staff. The hotel facilities are good, rooms are spacious, clean and tidy with good beds. Food was very good. Breakfast more than enough to fill anyone for the morning. The local town and...

Stayed here as part of a package for the Assen MotoGP . The village was lovely, the hotel is very clean, staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant is good. The only downside is the communication problems with English not so much in the hotel but in the surrounding bars/restaurants. I asked for a large glass of Merlot and...

I stayed here many times for business and know most rooms. The atmosphere is meant to be of an abbey, with wooden beams, some vaulted doors and stained glass. Sadly, the beams are plastic, the wooden floors vinyl, it's all just a little too fake and overall brown, but cute in the attempt. Beds are ok, rooms clean, some rooms...

This place was amazing. We stayed here as part of a group for the MotoGP so it was pre booked. What a place, we loved it here. Not only because we met up with great friends and made new ones as MotoGP is a big family thing! But the town and surroundings were beautiful. We lucky enough to be there...

We stayed here as part of a package for the Assen TT, and were very satisfied with the standard of the room and the breakfast. The outdoor setting is very pleasant during a summer evening, and this makes the drinks slip down easily as you while away the hours. Dinner at the hotel is quite expensive, but of a good...

First of all, if you are a foodie, you should stay clear of this hotel. The staff are young and friendly but there is clearly no chef in the kitchen. The culinary menu was a disgrace: terrible starter, bland soup, salmon that was all fat and bone and nothing homemade on the dessert plate. The restaurant is quite pleasant but...

We have visited this hotel for 1 night in the weekend and we booked the Wellness and Beauty theme suite. It's a great suite, with 3d-tv, whirlpool and sunshower (solarium inside shower). The breakfast was above average and when bread or croissants are out of the oven, the waitress will go around the tables and ask if you want a...

Hotel Westerburcht is located on the main street of the picturesque Westerbork. Rooms are very nice and clean. The Beaty & Wellness Sauna next to the hotel is wonderfull. Check out the special arrangement that the hotel offers. The restaurant Grand Café la Trappe of the hotel is good. They have nice beers and the food was very tastefull.
