We were booked here for a one night stay on our Portugues Camino. In the middle of "nowhere" we come upon this jewel. Beautiful in every respect. The grounds, the building, the room, the meals and the service. Truly a one of a kind experience...not to be missed!

Despite the fact that it’s seemingly in the middle of nowhere, we really enjoyed our very short sojourn here. My wife and I spent one night here in early June as part of the Portuguese Costal Camino, and the one thing I can say is we felt pampered. We got lost outside of town and called for a pickup: in... This was a welcome surprise as part of our camino tour. It’s a beautifully renovated 18th century stone building with only 11 rooms. The terraced gardens that overlook the pool are spectacular as well. We were soothed by the sounds of the fountain right outside our window. The room was appointed with antique wooden furniture, including a lovely armoire and... More

This was definitely a negative turned into a positive. We were hiking the Camino and arrived at our destination hotel, arranged by a tour company, only to find that it was under new ownership and also under renovations which translated to no room at the Inn. Unknown to us the tour company had changed us to Pazo de Adran. Initially... More

Stayed for three days, not long enough. Food excellent and staff could not do enough for us. Easy drive into Santiago de Compostillo and parking no problem if you are there by around 10am. Near motoway exit of Milladoiro so easy to get to other areas. Once off motorway contact hotel and they will direct you.. no problem if you... More

Hotel is an impeccably restored old manor house with lovely gardens and landscaping. It even had a wonderful and interesting "pigeon house" on the grounds that is now used as a wine cellar and can be used by guests for a quiet place to read or play cards. The room was beautifully furnished with a nice view accross the valley... More
