We found the rooms fine, spacious with decent facilities. The shop was good. The games room took your money and mostly the machines didn't work, the pool tables didn't always have all the balks. We were self catering so can't comment on food. We went to the entertainment part once, it wasn't great (and I love cheesy holiday entertainment but it wasn't even that). The kids 'club' is just one man, whether that changes in summer hols I don't know, we went in Easter hols. Pool was fine, plenty of room. Bought our drinks at the shop and had them at sun beds, cheaper and also hard to find someone serving at pool bar. Staff were friendly enough. If you do go I recommend going down to the far end of the prom and booking the taxi water bus to the market and the secluded beach, super cheap and you get to see them feed the fish in the glass bottom. Also there is a nice water park not far in a taxi. And you could do a trip to rancho Texas. In general I don't think the resort caters towards kids as much as others on Lanzarote.
