We visited again after 2 years. We had asked for a high floor and got that but no lift .Room 253 had 18 steps . However if someone at reception had told us to go left (out of reception) we would have managed to avoid steps altogether. The apartment was fine. Newly refurbished, very comfortable beds in a separate bedroom....

Our first impressions of Caybeach Sun were favourable - the grounds and swimming pools looked very attractive and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately, when we saw our apartment we were very disappointed to find it hadn't been cleaned very well. For instance there were hairs in the shower tray and on the vanity top in the bathroom. When we opened...

Cay beach sun were everything what we needed.. Absolutely nothing to complain.. :) Staff were happy and helpful.. Room and pool were clean.. We were self catering, so can't say nothing about food.. Room kitchenette found the basic tools (coffeemaker, eletric kettle, toaster, pans). Luckily in the hotel area is small shop! Walk to the "center" is about 5-10 minute,...

When I booked online, I asked for a south-facing room, not on the ground floor, facing outside the complex, and away from the pool. That's exactly what we got. The reception was a charming Spanish lady, who always helpful and went out of her way to resolve any issues. We shall certainly be back

After all the bad reviews we were worried about this hotel but it was all illfounded. The pool area was clean and tidy and the rooms were very large and spacious . The only fault was entertainment, absolutely nothing for the adults, once the kids finished at 9.30 that was it, no music or anything . Food and drinks were...

Good hotel, we were self catering so can't comment on the food, but the rooms were fine, cleaned every day except Thursday and Sunday and towels changed regularly. The shower is superb, like standing under a warm/hot waterfall! Staff friendly and helpful, would recommend.

Went for a week holiday all inclusive. Apartment was lovely and spacious and clean. All hotel areas were cleaned and well maintained but for all inclusive there are a lot of extras u have to pay for...e.g.the wifi which is very poor or if u want air con or tv which we didnt use. But overall a really great relaxing...

Just stayed a week with the family at the Caybeach. We had two rooms self catering but we did upgrade the one room to all inclusive for our two eldest boys which only worked out at 20 euros per day which when you work out it was 5 euros a pint this was well worth it. The rooms were fine...

The aparthotel is fairly well situated about 15 minutes walk to the nearest resort. We went self catering and found the rooms clean and quite well equipped. However there is evidence of mold which is simply painted over rather than cured. This is due to a lack of ventilation in the bathroom which caused condensation on all of the windows...
