Such a friendly tranquil place, give it a day to settle with your soul and you’ll be smitten. Such friendly and genuinely helpful crew in restaurant and bar. I would recommend that you forgive a little regarding the naturally gentle pace. Sure it’s not perfect but it’s real. My only criticism is the self service lobby bar. Drinks are better from the main bar and snacks may not suit children. The accommodation is tired but it’s clean and cared for. It’s a short walk to a great little supermarket and cafes. Beach is also not too far but it’s a stern walk up hill home.

Fantastic apartments , and very clean and everything we expected. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which being a family is excellent! Furthermore, additionally on arrival to the apartments, at reception, they didn’t make us aware that the buffet wasn’t open at lunchtime due to covid19, however it was the pool bar menu. Which on our first day, we went for lunch thinking it was, buffet as it had previously, but instead it was the pool bar menu. Which we thought was adequate and good choice. But then during the week the buffet opened. Correspondingly, food in the evening was okay, their was plenty to choose from, but for the alla-cart their was a limited of 2 choices which on some occasions, was really nice, but then on others we found it wasn’t very nice. The food in the evening, I would rate 4.5-5 which given the pandemic i think is fair. Their needs to be more choices or the all’s-cart instead of 2 as previously when stayed their was 3. And also, need to ensure that their are allergen free choices because you have to take into account of that. But all in all it was a fabulous relaxing holiday!…

Apartments have great space with private balcony. Restaurant staff are superb. BUT After several visits in different apartments the place is tired. Worn fittings. Leaking toilets. Bad drainage in drying areas flood kitchen floors during rain. Needs urgent update.

We are currently completing the renovation of all the showers in the main rooms of the flats. If you found any further defects during your stay, it would have been very helpful to know immediately so that we could have remedied them and you could have had a more enjoyable stay. Where do I start?! This was not an all inclusive hotel. Self service bar next to reception from 10am- 6pm. Beer on tap. At the back is a drab, dark room with various spirits (which you had to ask to get topped up when empty) horrible cheap and nasty draft fizzy juice. Ice in a tiny grubby cool box. When asked when we could get served AI drinks we were told the pool bar was open from 6pm. The staff serving in the restaurant had to be buzzed by a bell for service. Staff on bar very grumpy. No indoor bar and cold at night so couldnt sit out. Forced to go back to your room. Didnt see a soul around the pool all week. We had a room with a hot tub which was so old and parts falling off it. It got dirty very quickly. Called reception and they cleaned it. Really needs money spent on upkeep of apartment. Decking broken, door handles falling off. When room cleaned kitchen was never cleaned and glasses from the bar never removed. Very strange AI restaurant. Very small selection and often ran out of butter, bread and sauces. There was a meat, veg and fish choice daily. Quality varied. Had a gorgeous fillet mignon one night to an awful fatty goulash another.No music or entertainment. It was like a ghost town. This was supposed to be a special holiday and it was ruined by grumpy staff and a joke as an all inclusive hotel. Awful experience, I was glad to leave. I'd read some negative reviews before we went and wish i had listented to them.…

Dear Elsine71, First of all, thank you for sharing your feedback and we apologise that you did not have an experience that met your expectations. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the hotel's bar offerings. As you mentioned, throughout the day guests have access to the Lobby Bar next to reception. However, the Lobby Bar we have at our disposal is far from your description in my opinion. It is a private, well-lit area with a pool table, tables, sofas, a wide selection of spirits and snacks. Every morning our staff check that everything is in order and restock the room. However, it is our guests who let Reception know if they are missing something at that moment and we provide it for them. I think that you, from what I read in your comment, must have stayed during the week when there was an unusual storm in the Canary Islands. I say this because you explain that you were not comfortable because of the cold and the swimming pool was empty. That happened due to an unusual weather phenomenon here. I am sorry that this happened during your stay. You mention several damages in your room. The truth is that we would have liked you to report them during your stay so that we could have checked and repaired what was necessary. I encourage you to do so on future occasions. Regarding the Jacuzzi. A common problem we encounter is that guests enter the Jacuzzi wearing sun cream. The sun cream floats in the water and stains the Jacuzzi very quickly. We always try to explain this to the guests to prevent this from happening. We will always clean the Jacuzzi when needed. On the other hand, we would like to explain that, as it says in all our online information at the time of booking. The cleaning of the kitchen is not included with the daily cleaning of the rooms. We provide everything you need to do it, but the cleaning staff does not clean the kitchen during your stay. Finally, I am surprised by your comments about the grumpy staff. If you look at other reviews, the friendliness of the staff is usually a very strong point in our hotel. I am surprised that you encountered this problem during your stay and would like to apologise if this was the case. We were looking for a quiet getaway all-inclusive after a difficult Christmas, and this was the perfect place. The rooms are huge, with an excellent private garden for sunbathing + views. We upgraded to the Superior room with the jacuzzi/bbq and it was worth the extra. The all-inclusive was initially a bit strange, as the bars were closed until 6pm, but they give you access to a self-serve area with every drink you could want + snacks. Again, this was ideal for us as we wanted a quiet getaway. The pool was feezing cold, but that was probably due to the time of year. The staff were brilliant . Always friendly and couldn't do enough to help. They interacted with everybody and spoke multiple languages, especially in the restaurant. The food was superb, a breakfast buffet and an la carte for dinner and evening meals (With a buffet running a long side). We had 1 meal that wasn't so great, but all the others were much better than we have come to expect from similar places. There was no downside to this holiday. It is exceptionally quiet, and we barely saw anybody else the whole time we were there despite being full. I wouldn't recommend it for young children as there is very little for them to do it, or those looking for night life. But those looking for a quiet and relaxing place to go, this place can't be beaten.…

As you say, the hotel has spacious bungalows with a terrace equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay (sun loungers, chairs, barbecue, good views and private Jacuzzi in the case of the Superior category). The hotel has a Pool Bar and a Lobby Bar next to the main reception. Throughout the day all our guests have access to a wide selection of drinks and snacks of all kinds. I am glad you enjoyed it all. Another very important point to highlight is the friendliness of the staff. We all work hard, but at the same time very happy, and this is transmitted to our guests. Spent a week here 12th-19th Feb 2023 in a 2 bedroom bungalow on arrival the site looked well kept and very clean it has about 48 individual bungalows a quick check in and we were given Bungalow 36 on entering found it to be very dated and in need of decorating and alot of tile grout replacing it was spacious and a nice terrace with seating and sun beds small bathroom was ok large bathroom was better condition towels and bedding replaced every couple of days kitchen was well equiped but we did not use Big problem was the food it was luke warm or cold no matter when you dined . The staff were ver good at all times. Not sure how it got its 4 star rating from Jet 2 a 3 star would be generous.

The hotel is in a continuous process of improvement. As you mentioned, the large bathroom in the master bedroom is newly refurbished, offering a very spacious walk-in shower and a modern design. Lovely complex, immaculately clean in every area. The bungalow was everything we expected - great outside terrace, completely private and oh so quiet….just what we needed to completely relax. The bungalow was fitted out perfectly well with a full kitchen and utensils. The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage, just thought it a bit odd to have two single duvets on the super king size bed, however we had a very comfy bed and we slept well! The large bathroom was fabulous with great walk-in shower and very spacious but felt there was room to add storage area (under sink or at side?) for toilet bags etc. The smaller bathroom was a bit more dated and shower enclosed but didn’t need to use it. We were all inclusive and thought the food in restaurant was fantastic with good choices every day - there was nothing we couldn’t eat. There are only about 25 tables so felt more like a restaurant than canteen style dining like you have at most all-inclusive. The staff were really lovely all throughout the complex but I have to mention the restaurant staff who were very accommodating and attentive after I hobbled in after I suffered a fall going into bungalow on my first day (my fault and no wine involved😁)! It is a bit of a walk into centre (about 30-45 mins walking at slow pace) there is a lovely promenade all the way in with gorgeous views. There is also a good bus service. The marina is a lovely place to sit and relax. Yes, I can see us going back to these bungalows…….…

First time in Lanzarote and booked this for special birthday (we didn’t ask for anything special to be arranged although did see other people with cake and fizz at breakfast so looks possible)Although hotel is at quieter end it suited us. We stayed in recently refurbished bungalow with large terrace.Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. We couldn’t get wifi or coffee machine to work when we arrived and when we went for breakfast next morning we told reception and on our return router had been put in room and maintenance man showed us how to work coffee machine. Breakfast was good and looked like there were 4 choices for dinner although we were just B and B. As it is quite a small complex think about 48 bungalows I don.t know how all inclusive would be. Think they used to share restaurant with hotel in front which looks closed and unfortunately path is blocked off as this would have been a goog shortcut. Hotel is about 20min walk to marina or 45 mins to Centre although there are a few bars, restaurants and supermarkets within 5/10 min walk. Also bus stop close by with bus every 30 mins which takes you into town in 10mins and very regular. Would return if back in Lanzarote.…

Unfortunately we were very disappointed as this was a holiday to celebrate a special occasion. When we arrived and checked in there was no welcome drink which would have been a nice touch. We were allocated our room which was very tired looking. The shower hose was rusty and the bath chipped and old. Even though we were told we had been upgraded to a 'Superior room, which was a joke. We complained and were given another Superior room. The bathrooms in this had been refurbished. Re utilizing components from the original installation, ie: cracked washing hand basin. Failing grout, split door frame. This was all very unfortunate as the space provided could have been delightful. This hotel needs money spending on it and this has the potential to be a very nice hotel. As for it being marketed as an all inclusive it is half board at best with disappointing evening and lunch meals. The bar by the pool is only open 6 until ten. A self service provision is made during the day, which was disappointing. Especially if you wanted a cocktail. The good points were, the staff are pleasant and helpful. It is also clean. We just wished we had taken more notice of the other negative reviews.…

As you mentioned, the pool bar is open in the afternoons during the winter season. Stayed in a 2 bed deluxe bungalow with hot tub. On paper this sounded fantastic, but in reality was dated and grubby. Food from previous occupants left in freezer & mouldy coffee in percolator. Hot tub smelt so unsure as to if chemicals were used. All inclusive was quite poor. Food in Pyrex dishes on hot plates, which I found incredibly strange. The a la carte was literally 4/5 different meals to choose from, 2 meat, 2 fish and sometimes a vegetarian, in the buffet restaurant. Description said childrens menu, which consisted of chips, chicken nuggets and pizza. Description says bathrobes & slippers, which were not provided. Hairdryer abysmal. Showers leaky & grotty. We paid the extra (compared to other holidays) to ensure we had a great time, but were sadly let down by the food, cleanliness and decor. Quiet, out of the way location, with the potential to be really nice, but overall definitely NOT a 4*, and certainly shouldn’t be in any exclusive brochures. 3* at the best…

It is unusual for our guests to find items belonging to the previous guest, let alone find the room dirty or in poor condition. We are sorry if this happened when you arrived in the room. We have checked the notes of those days and we have no notice at reception that this happened, we would appreciate in future occasions that you communicate it so we can solve it at the moment. All our guests are very happy with the service in the restaurant. We have an a la carte service with dishes that vary daily. We also have a buffet service with a wide selection of meals. As for bathrobes and slippers, they are included for our customers in Superior. But as our information indicates, they are on request. If you had requested them, they would have been provided immediately. The hairdryer is the one you can find in any hotel establishment. We do not have professional hairdryers if that is what you were expecting to find. However, we work together with a company that provides this type of material if our clients request it.
