Hi, stayed for 11 nights last August. Paid the extra for privilege and we thought it was excellent. Meals were very good and we felt relaxed whilst eating. The manager of the Italian was excellent, he also served us in the courtyard restaurant and always polite and a smile on his face. This was in contrast to the Piano bar...

We have holidayed 5 of the last 6 Feb's in Puerto Del Carmen (PDC) but fancied trying Playa Blanca based on a day trip to it in Feb 2015. Much less commercialized than PDC although there are still plenty of shops, restaurants & Bars. We were staying All Inclusive so only went into town a few times for a bit...

Stayed for 4 nights in February in room 9728 which had a fantastic sea view and sun for most of the day. We were located away from the building work so the noise and dust mentioned in previous reviews didn't impact us but can understand it would if had small children as the majority of work is currenty going on...

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL !!! I received a phone call at 3.30 p.m on the 8th of February by Thompson Customer Service informing me of extensive building work being carried out at H10 Rubicon Palace. This was only 15 hours before we were due to fly. I was offered by the Representative 20% off our holiday or we...

Bit noisy but be worth it in the end stayed before and returned as it's very accessible for me as I am a wheelchair user. I like the fact there are different restaurants although I am very fussy they tend to do me plain food. I will say that the chicken is often tough. At the gala night it was...

We are currently staying at the rubicon palace hotel on an all inclusive basis. Our rooms are clean and spacious with really comfortable beds. The hotel is spread across a large site with beautiful and well maintained gardens. Everywhere is very clean and tidy. There are negative comments on TripAdvisor about the ongoing renovation work around the main pool and...

We arrived after having read quite a few negative views regarding the works that are going on to improve the hotel. It did not interfere with our enjoyment and was kept to a minimum . Food is excellent and the restaurants are even better( except the steak house , where the service wasn't as good. ) rooms are spacious, plenty...

Drilling and dust in the reception. Drilling and dust and men wandering through the sun loungers with wheelbarrows by the pools. We sat by a waterfall to drown out the drilling noise one day, then just moved to the beach for the rest of the week. Three restaurants have building work going on outside them, there are orange cones left...

We booked to stay at the Rubicon Palace for a few days of winter sunshine. On arrival the hotel complex was undergoing major refurbishment which we were not informed about prior to our stay. There were workmen all over the hotel from 8 am - 6pm every day the noise was very intrusive. There were skips of rubble, furniture covered...
