Stayed for 7 nights for Christmas. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is a huge resort and very spread out and safe. Check in was quick and efficient. We upgraded to the Privilege all inclusive, which has added benefits such as Private lounge, private pool, private restaurant etc for privilege guests. Our room had sea view, and was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. There was plenty of onsite restaurants from Buffet, to Asian, Italian etc. All were excellent. Entertainment was nice and relaxed in the Piano bar. Big thank you to Laura in the Piana bar. Laura was an excellent member of staff, always polite and smiling, and very efficient. Look forward to returning this year.
It was 15 years since we last stayed in Playa Blanca and we were looking forward to going back . We chose the H10 Rubicon Palace as we used to stay at the H10 Lanzarote Princess and H10 always provided a good standard. On arrival our temperature was checked and check in was organised. We got an up grade to a privilege room which was a nice touch. Our room looked onto the sea and had lovely views of Fuerteventura . The hotel was only 13% occupied and all the staff were working hard to provide a service recognised of a 5 star hotel Not all the restaurants were open which is understandable due to the current pandemic and we accepted this . Yes the food may not have been at a 5 star standard but we accepted this as we were just pleased to get a holiday , we should have been in Australia The resort was very quiet like the hotel but we still enjoyed being away enjoying the sunshine. Last but not least we found the behaviour of some of the guests towards members of staff disgraceful , the staff were trying their best in very difficult circumstances to please the small number of Clients. We are in a pandemic which is difficult for everyone and obviously this just doesn’t register with some . We will return to this hotel as we enjoyed our time their. …
We've been staying at this hotel for quite some years now and we were slightly worried when we read the reviews that the hotel had gone downhill. Well we needn't have worried at all!! Check in was great. The staff are still the same smiley and friendly as they have always been. All over the hotel. We weren't expecting such a big selection of food in the buffet given the current situation, but everything was really good. We were quite impressed :-) as always drinks were fab too!! Rooms were spotless too! We will definitely be back as soon as we can... Cannot understand why such negative comments! Dont let them put you off...
Stayed here 5 times before and obviously been very happy. Coronavirus has changed the situation and some of the amenities were not available despite me calling ahead from Uk and checking that they would be. Some disappointments for the first few days especially with my daughter and the other adult travelling. However, the staff went out of their way to be kind and try to help us.
We spent 4 days at this hotel after finding that all the other H10 were closed. The staff was very corteous and friendly, the property beautiful and well kept. We stayed at the superior rooms with sea views. Modern and peaceful, i would recommend them. The only criticism i would have is the food quality. Apart from the New Year's Eve dinner, which was actually pretty good, we felt the food wasnt great. If you go in winter like we did, take in consideration that only one adult's and 2 kids' pools have some heating...i was not able to swin in any of them as they were too cold for me! But the children managed and had a good time. The water circuit in the spa is worth trying! All in all a nice place, hope to be able to come back when the pandemic is over .
