Where do i start with this one. Well its supposed to be a 5* its clearly not and even falls into the 3* category. I met up and became friends with a few other guests and we paid for privilege, there was a couple who clearly liked to drink and started to become aggressive and shouting threats over to the people I was sat with and threatening to sort them out, hotel staff had to be brought in and they did absolutely nothing and stated they could'nt do anything about the aggressive person and just left more threats were being made and we had to leave I have never ever known this to let it carry on in a hotel. Management then lied and said nothing happened to tour operators Jet2 and Tui there was 8 in our group who all said different and indeed a whole lounge full of scared people who just wanted to enjoy their holiday not see some drunken fight in like in Blackpool. The hotel is a building site again denied to tour operators until photos were took from cranes and new roof being put on, skips and vans blocking the only stair case to get out of the hotel to the spa being ripped apart with pneumatic drills and stihl saws and they then said the spa is still open and usable yeah if you like concrete and tile dust in the air and in the water. Lots of problems with the quality of food not being cooked fully, low quality meats and staff being rude and ignoring guests even the management walk around and dont say hello I think they need to remind themselves with us they dont have a job. rooms not cleaned for days, dirty bathrooms and rooms all but to name a few problems.

Hotel's Favorite
Second time at this hotel (stayed Apr 2019). Love staying here! Found the reception staff excellent, especially with all the covid checks needed on check in. Room was lovely and clean, although would be good to have Water replenished in your room once you’ve finished with your previous bottles (was all inclusive). Loved the restaurants and buffet. Found there was a variety of choice. The Italian and Asian restaurant was brilliant. Always found a sun bed in fact it was quite quiet, assume due to covid. Main pool was nice and refreshing, especially needed in the afternoon sun. Pool was a bit dirty and there were some tiles missing. Mikes coffee is a personal favourite of ours, although bit of a shame it’s now not open until the afternoon (used to be in the AM). Always love going to the bar area in the evening and love the choice of cocktail menus. Overall, found the hotel clean and hotel staff friendly / helpful. At this difficult time I felt they were doing a great job! Thank you. Would definitely go again.

Been a great week, looked after by great staff who are very hard working. The entertainment staff are so attentive especially Marta. There is so much to do that you really don’t have to leave. We have enjoyed the dinner show, wine tasting, sangria tasting and many other activities.

Really disappointed, on arrival we were welcomed by the nice reception team, the lobby is really nice and gave a fantastic first impression, sadly this didn't last long, on arrival at our roo. We were met with cement dust on the stairs, the handrail was covered in dust, the room was really dirty, the shower room was disgusting. Maid service must have happened about 3 times and no clean today which is the last full day, water was not replenished and the mini bar was empty. It took 4 days to clean my initials off the handrail where I wrote please clean me in the dust. The buffet is a cattle market and you have to wait about 10 minutes to get a drink then wr had to clear our plates ourselves before we could go for desert. The staff in the food areas are running about at 100 mph. They are extremely friendly but pushed to the limit Steak restaurant was good and breakfast was nice in the quiet area, the pool area was really dirty and needed a good clean. I booked a H10 for Tenerife for the end June and seriously consider cancelling due to the experience here with the lack of cleaning. Shame as the staff are great and the setting is lovely. Last day today and looking forward to getting home for a clean bathroom

I was there a week ago and it was great! The rooms were fine and the beds were very confy. I really liked the island and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities are fantastic and the workers are very nice. I talked to a guy my age named Pablo, who was from the same city as me and was working there, and he told me about some fantastic places to visit in the island. I would totally recomend staying here if you visit Lanzarote. Thanks to Pablo for making my stay better with his tips about the island!

My wife and I were at this hotel 2019 and I gave it five star reviews certainly not a five star any more the rooms are tired and need upgrading on arrival room looks like it had never been dusted in ages the floor was all marked and several stones from the garden all over the floor. Cockroaches in bath Looking out onto traffic cones where the tiles were all broken. I had a walk round the grounds and a great deal could done to fix broken tiles and new paint. Good point only the food was good but the roasts that were out were cold. I will never return to this hotel again and has certainly put me off going to any other H10 hotels.
