Very good hotel. The staff seem to care about giving guests a great holiday. We arrived late at night to a glass of bubbly and a welcome from a member of staff. Because the dining room was closed they provided a salad and sandwiches which was a nice thought. My wife could not eat either though because the salad was chicken and the sandwiches were ham. (she is a vegetarian) The bedroom was very clean and a mini bar was provided. The bed was comfortable . We had a sea view. Food overall in the dining room was of a good standard. Varied meals. No issues really except the waiters need to slow down a little bit because they seemed to be rushing around at times. Round the pool area. Sunbeds always available which was the first time we have been able to say that about any hotel we have stopped in for god knows how long. Quite windy though at times so if the managers can sort that out it would be great !! (joke) One thing I did not like though concerning the young girl who did the poolside aerobics. I think her name was Sonia. One particular day there were no guests who wanted to join the exercise in the pool. This resulted in Sonia putting on her music at the side of the pool and commencing to go through her dance / exercise routine for 20 minutes despite this. She was on her own for ages. Not good in my opinion. That is until someone took pity and jumped in to help her out. It seems the management require her to do this. I just found It a weird requirement to be honest and would not like to think a daughter of mine had to do such a humiliating thing. I thought Sonia was brave to do it really. Overall if you want a quiet week in the sun I would recommend this hotel. The only thing is its a bit quiet around the pool area. Now I know there was a fair few pensioners there honestly I do but it was - so quiet. I would have some music on at times. Not that bang bang rappy modern stuff - you know what I mean bro. But some music - at times - yes for me. I might be getting on a bit myself but at the same time I was on holiday and not in a church. It was so quiet I almost thought I was at a Doncaster Rovers football match. (come on Leeds United ! ) Look I know that the management at this hotel read all the reviews on Trip advisor. So I say to you Hello. We had a good time - really did. Enjoyed it very much Very good hotel and none of the other guests got on our nerves either - which is a first. We liked the fact that people dressed nicely for dinner as well instead of slopping around the dining room looking like something the cat dragged in. Stop rambling. Right - Great hotel. Good food. Clean. Friendly staff. Nobody annoying. Sunny weather. There is even a beach nearby where you can swim safely in the sea. Go there it is good. Made to feel very welcome. Thank you. We are off to Mexico in February next year so I will most likely write a review about that as well.

Leaving the Sensimar Natura Palace is never good especially after another fantastic stay with my daughter to celebrate my 50th Birthday. From check in to check out it has been absolutely faultless, attention to detail and the absolutely fantastic staff just make everything perfect for your stay. Food is great with lots of choice and isn’t repetitive at all, nearby Merea Bar is just sublime, serving fantastic cocktails and great entertainment from 9.30pm only 4/5 Euro in a cab to Playa Blanca centre and Marina Rubicon is a must visit for food or just a great relaxing afternoon or evening, can’t recommend this hotel enough after my third stay, it just gets better, will be back again soon.

We came here last minute. We upgraded to a Premium room. We arrived at 9pm and our cases were taken off us and immediately ushered to dinner which finished at 9.30pm and told to check in after. The room was lovely. Massive bed but was actually two smaller beds pushed together which did move a bit in the night! Got up in the morning and went to breakfast. Pleasantly surprised to find cava served with breakfast which was a nice touch. After breakfast we took a walk round the hotel. Discovered very early that if you don’t get up early you miss out on su. Loungers. They all had towels on but very few people to be found. We asked if we could have loungers on the balcony of our room but was told no unless we upgraded to the suit. They did say they were putting more loungers out and taking towels away if they weren’t used within an hour. Unfortunately this did not make any difference if they did it at all. Anyway we chose to upgrade to a suit. Aircon much better and bed actually zipped together so no moving an a massive balcony with two sunloungers of our own. Perfect. Everything we needed. We are not into the getting up early and fighting for the best Lounger possible. The food served was well cooked and varied. Staff work incredibly hard and fast and seem to be there all the time. Staff here get a 10 out of 10. The food was much better than we expected. The view is incredible. Had a fantastic week and would recommend it but definitely upgrade the room if you can. Rooms cleaned every day and turned down every evening with fresh towels replaced as often as you’d like. Wouldn’t say I’d go again but not for any bad reasons.

This is a great place to relax. I see the other comments about the entertainment and that the hotel is not close to the town BUT if you are coming to relax then you don’t really care about such a things. The hotel is in a great position, overlooking the sea and you have nice promenade to walk along in the evenings. The closest small supermarket is just opposite the main entrance if you need extra water or a snack. You also have other two supermarkets walking to the left on the promenade and gorgeous sandy beach just 15 min away. We arrived late in the night and there was lovely receptionist called Kaja from Slovenia. She was lovely, explained everything we needed to know and offered us two glasses of Cava sparkling wine. A light sandwich and salad was also offered which was a nice touch. Room was nice , the bed size and quality was great. There was complimentary water and juice waiting. Another nice touch and we got two more bottles of water complementary later in the week as well. A really great start to the holiday. Next morning we strolled down for breakfast. The choice of food was excellent, the waiter offered jug of coffee as soon we arrived but if you prefer cappucino you can serve yourself at the coffee machine located just at the back of the restaurant. I love continental style of brakfast but if you like english style , there was baked beans, sausages and bacon to complete that style as well. Plenty different cheeses and salami, sausages and ham to choose from. If you choose to sit al fresco you will need to wait in the queue and that is ok but waiters on that station are under the stress and that can show, so we decided to avoid that and eat inside. I would like to mention a great person who was one of the waiters, his name is Claudio ... his persona is really pleasant. Of course the restaurant manageress, Henar, was lovely too. At the breakfast , you will have Cava sparkling wine as much you like untill 10:30. So we used to have one with the breakfast inside and then fill it up and go to sit outside and enjoy the view and relax. The food for dinner is also buffet style but the choice was extremely good! I enjoyed the goat stew , steaks, seafood, paella, fish, beef carvings etc Excellent choice of salads, bread, cheeses, cold meat ... The desert station is good too but I’m not big on the sweets so I had just ice cream instead. The local wine, malvasia is great so book your wine tasting on time, its free but seats are limited. The British guy who does the wine tasting was great and other Romanian guy was funny too;-) We took an excursion on Sunday to go to the markets and visit ex Omar Sharifs cave house and that was great trip.. the only thing is that you have to be ready at 8:15 but the breakfast on Sunday is open at 8am so we did get ready early, went for quick breakfast and run to the bus.. overall great hotel, food and staff Would like to mention the housekeeper Rosa.. nice lady :-) We stayed in the room 1020 With pool and sea view ... we requested in advance hoping to get and we did.. nice touch from the hotel :-) Would we come back? Yes!! Great hotel for adults ..

The rooms are spotless , food is extremely good lots of choice. The staff have a can do attitude and nothing is too much trouble, a special shout out to Kaja on reception I was with my elderly mother and they were excellent with her. This was our second visit and hopefully not our last. The sea views from the room was just fabulous.
