First tíme writing review and not gonna write long story. 4*hotel definitely not this, but you have to always try to find best from everything and enjoy vacation, but behave one of ppl in restaurant this evening make me so upset to write this. I was after dinner and come back for some fruit and saw glasses for water and I felt dehydrated after whole day and just want to take little water and lady arogantly said No. I have to put glass and left. Doesn’t matter if you don’t have all inclusive, but she can said it different way and who can say no for just water. Definitely not coming back. There is more... Who looking for nice beach, there is not sandy beach in front hotel.

Not a guest, but I came in to ask if I could grab paper towel from the bathroom as birds had pooped all over my soft top convertible parked right outside (parking not just for hotel guests). Initially the German older man at the front desk was nice and pointed me to the bathroom and then offered to point me in the direction of a car wash. After a few trips to unsuccessfully clean the car I asked him where the car wash was. Then he asked if I was a guest and I truthfully said no (hadn't asked me up til this point, and all I had taken so far was some paper towel). He said since I wasn't a guest I wasn't supposed to be in there so I said that was fine and he didn't have to help, he had offered previously. Then he started screaming at me as I left and I heard him scream at the top of his lungs "NEVER COME BACK HERE!! NEVER! NEVER!!" While I'm not a guest I never said I was and didn't take advantage of the hotel. I think it's horrific that a customer service facing Rep can speak that way to anyone he deals with Absolutely shameful.

The hotel was very clean and friendly. We were on an all inclusive deal and the food was great with lots of choice of freshly cooked food. The drinks were poured in very large quantities and freely available all day. The beach and nature reserve were very close and a nice walk if you want a change from the pools and gardens. A short bus ride away was a local market well worth a visit. Not much happening in the local town but an ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

This is a really good hotel. Great for family holidays with super food and great choice of wine. The beers is good too 😄🍺All rooms have climate control mini bar are modern well decorated and very very clean. The pool is especially fresh and inviting. Evening entertainment is subdued but fun and your children are always well looked after and safe. The clients are almost all German average aged 30 to 45 and naturally are polite well mannered and very friendly. Most guests speak English so don't worry be happy it's not difficult at the hotel canyamel classic

I was pleasantly surprised as never heard of this resort before what a beautiful place it was, although only a handful of shops the warm sea with good waves and lovely surroundings made up for it. The canyamel Classic was a lovely hotel with 1 minute walk to beach and the staff were very friendly especially the waitress who served our drinks as always happy and smiling and the reception desk very helpful. The food was great and the way they presented it was fab, all foods to cater for everyone. Very impressed with the fruit and selection of desserts, and this hotel did not let us down. Pool size was great and the indoor pool is next to it and I must say how impressed I was with the poolside life guard as every time I went in the indoor pool with my daughter he would come over and open the door stand there and watch both pools at the same time. The fact you could get a sunbed any time of the day was a big surprise considering we went in August and nobody seemed to be selfish with putting towels down. Inside the hotel there are two lifts on each floor and no waiting around they were instant, plus room was fine and surprised to get sea view. The entertainment lady Angie was great with the kids, and also took us on couple of trips, one being the caves which is a twenty min walk and another being the market where you get the bus there which is about 20 mins then get nearly 3 hours at market plus lovely marina and bars along front and then get boat back which is around 45 mins and well worth the trip. This resort is mainly German so not many English and ourselves and one other family were the only English at our hotel but that did not faze us as they were friendly and polite. My only critic on this hotel would be on the upstairs outside dining area there is a little play area that has a wishing well and if you look over the well you see the indoor pool below which I feel is very dangerous as only takes a little one to grab the chair right by it and climb over and fall in. Apparently no-one has yet but it just takes one time and if something did happen to a child so suggest they need to cover it with a grate. Apart from that if you are looking for a quieter holiday then the canyamel Classic and resort could be for you. Thankyou to all the staff for a great holiday and look out for manwell from faulty towers as he does exist at the canyamel Classic!!!!!
