We stayed at Orosol Hotel for 3 nights mid September. Positives: We arrived at the Hotel and had a mix up with payment and room confirmation and paid twice instead. Oscar on the desk was amazing and fixed the error and refunded us the money. Other than that, check in was easy and Oscar assisted in any way to let us know where the best restaurants were to eat and what to do in Ibiza. We were staying on the first floor in room 108 and it was absolutely perfect. The room was massive, beds were also comfy and pillows were very soft. Air conditioning and wifi worked great and we had a big balcony which we could sit on and relax. The bathroom was big too and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was included and was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and nice and also helpful. Our flight to Barcelona was cancelled on the day we were due to leave and we were put on a rescheduled flight at 11.10pm. Because check out was at 11am the staff were very kind and let us have a late check out and stay in our room until 3pm for half the price of a full night of the room. Negatives: There wasn’t any bench space in the bathroom or shower, meaning we had to leave shower stuff on the desk in the room, which was a little annoying but not a big deal. The blinds also let a lot of light in in the morning, this didn’t bother us but be aware if you enjoy a dark room whilst sleeping. Finally you could hear a bit of noise from other guests at night coming in during the early hours. We didn’t find this too bad however and of course this is also expected wherever you stay in Ibiza!! Location: Location is perfect. We caught the L9 bus from the airport to San Antonio for 4€ each and walked from the bus station to the hotel which was about 5 mins! The hotel is located a little further back from the main street, meaning you didn’t hear a huge amount of noise at night. It is only a 5 mins walk to all the restaurants and shops etc and there is a 24/7 supermarket on the corner and heaps of cheap spots to eat!

So I’ll start with the positives...customer service is great especially from Oscar! I found all the reception staff to be quite pleasant and the reception area itself is very clean and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to the bus station and only a short walk from all the shops/restaurants/bars. If you like to be in the centre of everything then this is the hotel for you. Noise isn’t an issue here, at night it is very quiet and calm. We were in room 404 which was very small, one of the beds is literally at the door. There was a balcony which was private and not overlooked but the view wasn’t great, I think the balcony was on the side of the hotel where the balconies are smaller and possibly the rooms as I think we just got unlucky with the room we got as I’ve read other reviews where the rooms are described as large which was certainly not in my case unfortunately. The room was cleaned daily however the sheets were not changed in 4 days and I think it would’ve been nice if they had been . The worse part of our stay was the terrible drainage smell in the bathroom which infiltrated the whole room, it was extremely overpowering even with the windows open and air con on. It was horrible, it totally ruined my stay. I did report this to reception but was told it was to do with the whole area and the drainage system and the wind apparently blowing it in that direction...I wasn’t offered and alternative room or given much of an apology except the offer of air freshener being sprayed in the room. I think it would’ve been better service if the he came up to investigate and given a better solution rather than being fobbed off which I felt I had been. Nobody expects perfection but it is how a situation is dealt with which really makes a difference. Bathroom was of long and narrow with a very small bath, the bath was specifically for standing in as it is tiny which is fine if you will only use the shower. The only thing I hated was seeing the bidet in the bathroom, not a fan of those! The toilet was not secure and kept moving back and forth while sitting, uncomfortable to say the least! Breakfast was good, a small but perfectly adequate buffet which had different variety of items daily. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again because of the size of the room and the smell but If those things don’t bother you then this hotel is good if you’re on a budget and want something relatively modern, clean and well kept.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Had a lovely large corner room on the 3rd floor, modern and clean. In a nice quiet area although near enough to the bars, 5 minutes from the bus station and also 5 mins to the front. Staff are lovely compared to some other hotels I've stayed in Ibiza, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day, a small selection but more than enough for us and always fresh. Hotel doesn't have a pool but the use of a hotel pool close by serving reasonable priced drinks and music all day. Would stay here again next time in Ibiza.
