You cannot book a sea view room when you arrive.The sea view rooms are booked a year in advance,which is probably why there has been no option for one when you booked.They are snapped up straight away.You could ask the hotel directly for a side facing room which has a slight sea view.They won't email you back but will most likely try there best to accommodate your request.
It's about a 20 minute walk to the main strip in San Antonio.Or you can get a water taxi for 3 euros each to SAN an.A taxi is about 6 euro.
