I stayed here with one of my friends for the opening parties. The hotel is really nicely decorated and the staff are lovely. It's in a really good location and the staff will happily order a taxi for you if you need to travel a bit further. They keep your room keys and your passport behind the reception desk which is manned 24/7 so you don't have to worry about losing them. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a chilled hotel in a prime location.

The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. All staff are fluent in both languages so really helped us. The staff were really happy to help for directions to the bus stop which is just a 5 minute walk! Our hotel room was clean and spacious. However we did have a dirty toilet and the toilet brush was awful! Our hotel view was not that inspiring and just looked out onto a block of run down flats with the local neighbours watching your every move. Air con worked perfect and was nice extra. Great size mirror and wardrobe even have a bottle opener on the wall! Hotels food and drink was so cheap and reasonable but you get what you pay for. €5 breakfast but it was rubbish better to go to a cafe down the road. The drinks were dead cheap tho and the bar staff were really friendly and nice. There is plenty of local restaurants and cafes to eat from and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front/west end. There is also lots of local supermarkets with lots of fresh fruit. We found it cheaper to get the bus to places like DC10/ HI as it was a €65 round trip in a taxi. We would definitely come back, great place to come if you’re here for the nightlife. Hotel was quite strict with noise late at night though.

We stayed here for a week for the Ibiza closing parties. It was one of the cheaper hotels on Tui (who we booked with). The photos on the Tui website at the time were really old and made the hotel look awful however we then looked on the website and trip advisor and saw that the hotel had since had a refurb and now looked so much more modern. Tui have since updated their photos. We arrived and had a lovely woman greet us on reception. We had to pay tourist tax of €15 each for the week and then a €50 euro room deposit which you got back upon checkout. We didn’t mind the deposit but was a bit pointless as no one went to check our room before we left. We arrived at lunch time and so I went downstairs to get food and the hotel has a great bar/cafe which has a wide range menu really cheap!! The food is so nice too. Our room was 519 and it was perfect. We had a pool view with the sun on our balcony in the afternoon and at night we had the best view of the sunset from our balcony. In the day the hotel played music which we could hear and was nice. The hotel was 5 min walk to mambos and a really nice beach and then just under 10 min walk to the bus station and egg so was great to get around everywhere but be in a quiet enough location to get a decent sleep. There was a Mercadona 5 mins away which sold everything you need very cheap including a bottle of gin for €7. Rooms were always clean and had everything you need. Staff on reception were always helpful whenever we had questions on how to get to different places across the island. They also sold club tickets. The room key was a big wooden block which at first we thought would be annoying but there’s a key drop off at reception if you don’t want to take it out with you. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to come to Ibiza!!

AVOID. If I could rate it a 0 I would! Myself and my friend stayed here hoping for a pleasant stay, however I was very wrong! The reception staff are extremely rude. They accused myself and my friend of having other people in our room (which we didn't). When we tried to assure them they became verbally aggressive making both myself and my friend feel vulnerable. At one point the manager tried to grab my friend but she managed to move away. Shocking behaviour from what is meant to be the manager. Subsequently we were told to leave the hotel even though we had done nothing wrong. Avoid at all costs if you want to not feel threatened on holiday.

Response from Laura T, Director de Recepción at Hotel Brisa

What is intolerable is that they disrespect the staff and that they lie even having cameras that record everything. And what at a imagination with what the manager tried to grab you.... Keep lying and inventing... That's a very good place to do it!

Stayed here for a week in June with friends, really nice hotel and we got it for a reasonable price. It does feel like it is in a quieter location as it is set further back from the strip however it is walking distance from Mambos, Eden and only a couple blocks from Ibiza Rocks. The pool area is really nice, good tunes on through the day and the bar food is great and reasonable prices. This was a pure party hotel lots of people drinking etc by the pool all day, all throughout the night there was a racket any time either people drinking before going out, after parties when they got back, rooms being rearranged early morning by the maids as well so if you're looking for a quiet chilled week this isn't the one. Rooms were serviced everyday and the rest of the hotel staff were so sound. One issue with the older man who works on reception, he came to our room door told us to pack our bags and get out only an hour after we checked in - as we had three cases between the two of us he accused us of sneaking someone else into the room and tried to chuck us out. After clearing that up he did apologise and seem embarrassed but it was not a great welcome - if i'm honest I thought he seemed like he had been drinking as this was around 11;30pm but I don't want to make accusations. The same man also charged a friend of ours 20 euros to take his girlfriend back to his room which was never a policy as far as we knew. Other than that all the pool / bar staff were lovely. I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend to others.

When booking this hotel we weren’t really expecting a lot, it was four 20 year old girls going on holiday and so we really only wanted somewhere to get ready and to rest our heads. The bus dropped us off literally in the middle of nowhere because it’s a one way street and he couldn’t drive down and so we had to use google maps to find the hotel no problem there though as we found it pretty easy. Arrived at the hotel to find it was actually a lot more modern downstairs than what we expected, hotel staff seemed friendly enough and it was very clean. Our rooms where basic rooms, no fridge though which was a bit annoying but we knew that before arriving. We were in 2 separate rooms and they did put us next door to each other which was ideal. Although the room I was in had a faulty door which took a lot of work to lock and our balcony door also didn’t lock. The air con was probably one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel to date though it was absolutely freezing. Our room keys where on a massive bit of wood meaning you definitely could not take them out anywhere with you so you had to hand them back into reception and collect it again when you needed it, it was good as it meant it was never lost but also not great when there was no one of reception and this meant you would have to stand and wait for your key. All and all our first impressions where great, hotel food was so cheap and pretty nice. As the week went on I started to notice how rude the staff began to become, I had one friend with us with two sprained ankles and so we asked the English girl on reception to phone us a taxi to which she replied ‘No, walk’ I found this extremely rude as it really wasn’t her business why we needed the taxi but I explained about my friend not being able to walk very far to which she replied ‘well then tell her to go up and rest her feet’ which we had paid a lot of money to stay here not to be spoken to like children when we asked for a simple favour. Ended up we got the taxi and went on about our business. That same night we came in from radio 1 to get changed for the rest of our night to be told we got a complaint for my voice being too loud off the man who worked night shift. Now we were next to boys who had music blasting all night long who we actually became friendly with and so this was nonsense as the only person could have complained about my voice (which I can not change) would have been the staff at reception. I think they thought because we were drunk they could speak to us in a patronising way when in reality I hadn’t really been drinking all that much. The next day my friends who stayed in the next room went down and explained to the English lady on reception that their air conditioning was not working and that they thought the remote may just need batteries to which she responded ‘bring it down well, you should’ve told me earlier now I’m on my own there’s nothing I can do’ I have genuinely never seen worse attitude from someone who works in customer service. Anyway week went on, can not fault bar staff or the one lady at reception with the short hair. Maids where probably the best part about this hotel, such lovely ladies and literally cleaned your room top to bottom everyday, they would even wait until you woke up before coming in. Last day rolls around and my friend and I where sat out on the balcony getting ready, we were on the first floor and I had a bottle of water. We faced out onto locals and they would sit and watch us for hours on end so you really do need to be careful of keeping the curtains closed when getting changed. Anyway I was doing my makeup and knocked into the table and my bottle of water accidentally fell off the balcony and onto the ground. I quickly panicked and got up to check nobody had been below to which a man came from the bar across the street then accused me of throwing it, i explained it was a complete accident that it just fell of the table and he was shouting calling me and accident. He then went into reception and told the English girl on reception (no shock) that I had hit his car with the bottle (which was lies it hit the ground) and the lady came out, instead of asking us what happened automatically she came out with an attitude and accused me of throwing it and after me explaining it was an accident she was still extremely rude shouting up to the balcony that a bottle of water doesn’t just fall off the table by accident to the point where neighbours actually came out to see what was going on. I most definitely would not recommend staying here as the staff (not all of them but most) are extremely rude and speak down to you as though your a child even after paying a lot of money to stay in their hotel.

Stayed here for a girlie holiday just before Spring Bank. The hotel is so clean and modern. The breakfast is lovely, advertised as continental but there's bacon and scrambled egg. The food from the bar is delicious and very reasonably priced. Everywhere is so clean, especially around the pool and the pool toilets. The English lady on reception was lovely, but was raining when we were going home and she made us all ponchos out of bin liners! Yes there is some noise at night, but that's the same in all hotels, always travel with ear plugs. The hotel is just far enough away from the strip, you can walk but in 5-10 mins but don't hear all the noise. I really can't believe this hotel is only 2 star, it's much better than some 3/4 star hotels I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.
