In my opinion the location is great, but the hotel it's very old. I was in six floor. And was raining outside, and inside the same😁. The cleaner coming every day, but she clean one room, one toilet and one balcony in 5 minutes, rest of the time she was on facebook😂... I do not recommend the hotel. If you check little bit more you will find a better choise with the same money, maybe little bit more money, but big difference in the hotel.

I have stayed many times up to 2005 and always had a great stay. The lady on reception always recognised me and made me feel really welcome. Oh how times have changed! I booked two nights in a sea view room and the view is indeed outstanding but that was really the only high point. On checking in was served by a surly lady who clearly didn’t want to be there. Conversation consisted of a few grunts and pointing. Once in the room looked ok. Bathroom had plaster missing off the walls and the roof tiles were broken (more on this later!). On returning to the room in the small hours there was a strong smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom, which stayed until we checked out. Saturday morning there was a massive storm and water came pouring into the bathroom through the broken tiles. Reported this to reception, same surly woman, along with the sewerage smell and she just shrugged her shoulders in a I couldn’t give a f**k attitude. All in all very disappointing. Have given an extra mark for the view! This hotel is very much in need of some love as it’s in a great position and could be (and has been) so much better

Grim, no point even complaining to the one person on duty. They couldn't do the works required during our vacation....never to be seen out from behind the desk. To say this place is tired is an understatement, it's exhausted and about to collapse. shame as location is good an the hotel could be exploited...must be demoralizing for staff. Vintage or is it retro bedcovers from grannies attic, holes in doors, air com still coming, broken sinks, tiles oh and if you want a drink there's a machine hidden in a corner. Don't expect hotel literature..... And before you say it we didn't pay a low price for the privilege. First time I've ever felt the need to post in one of these sites... Says it all....avoid

Avoid if you can, The location and sea view are amazing, centred in the middle of town so location was fantastic. The whole hotels needs to be updated totally. No air conditioning, door put on back to front so unable to lock door properly for the first night, no restaurant service, no bar service, unable to sit outside the restaurant balcony as no staff to employed to run the bar, lift works and that is about it!!!! If somewhere just to sleep ideal, however romantic week away?? Forget it..... Not good!!

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! The hotel staff demanded money for a safe key as a deposit then refused to give us the deposit back! They said this was due to us not having a bit of paper that they NEVER gave to us! I asked them to check cctv to proof this but they couldn’t be bothered! The staff ignore you if you are not spanish! Different dirty stained sheets were put on our beds daily. No toilet roll replaced for 3 days despite there being none in the bathroom an this checked daily. Dirty/stained towels put out. One day only one of the beds were made, as if the staff couldn’t be bothered to finish making up the room. The bathroom window was broken, making a banging noise all day everyday! Tv remote didn’t work. We only wanted it on to drown out how noisy the hotel was, and it was NOISY! The walls are paper thin! We might as well of all been in one room. You could clearly hear every word someone said from even a few doors down. OMG the screaming and shouting at all hours, through out the whole day means you can’t even sleep through 10mins. We would close the curtain to keep out the heat and the cleaner would pull it back and leave the door wide open daily (when the balconies are easy accessible) so left us open for theft daily!! Air con doesn’t work without the key, which they demand is brought down to you each time you leave the hotel. It would’ve been nice to of walked into a cool room for once! Refused to give us more then one key. Staff ignored us to speak to Spanish friends. One staff member lost our key lost and then blamed us when they were the person we gave it to. Then when they found it they called us to go down to collect, when they should’ve apologised and brought it up. There was a hole punched through the cupboard wall. There was graffiti drawn in the inside of the cupboard. I mean the list goes on. This was my 10th time in Ibiza, I wasn’t expecting a perfect hotel but honestly seeing soo many different hotels which I would stay out again, this will 100% be one that I would never visit again and due to staff theft as well as everything else would never recommend to anyone!!! I’d also like to add I left a written message for the manager asking for a call, as well as emailed them and I’ve had no contact. The company do not care what their guests think....at all!

We stayed here some years back and the stay was perfect and location excellent we thought we would try again but we booked for 5 night and managed about 7 hours the other guest were everything that is wrong in the world as a long term party goer to the island you can see the change in behaviour and unfortunately this hotel has suffered from dirt damaged electrics kicked in doors what a difference 3 years make to something. Unfortunately it is manners and the guests need to change to allow the hotel to stand a chance to get back its former levels

My room was large and comfortable, plenty of closet space, large bathtub... and a lovely balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, where I sat in awe watching the sun go down on Sant Antoni bay every evening. Staff was very helpful, swiming pool great, and the beach a dream, a short distance walk to Es Petó for snacks and drinks. In short, ideal!

On arrival it looks fine nestled next to hotel Hawaii, however as soon as you start to deal with the incompetent staff on reception you start to realise what kind of hotel this is. Had to change rooms due to ridiculous noise from groups of lads next door (night staff do nothing) both had dodgy bathrooms and the smell of sulphur is really bad! It's full of kids and so with no real management of the hotel they run wild and play loud music, scream, shout, try to kill each other ... all from midnight till 4.00am and beyond. If you are a fully functioning adult looking to stay somewhere you can get some sleep and have an enjoyable break avoid this dump. Don't deal with reception in cash they are barely capable (except for one really helpful girl) of administering a room key, it is better to use card so you have some recourse, as was my experience with a late checkout fee that needed refunding...
