The room was clean and tidy. Nice balcony to sit out on. Right in the heart of the town. Restaurants and cafes close by. 20 minute walk to the beach where there are additional good bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a good standard with hot eggs and bacon. Pastries and cold meats, fruits and cheeses. Overall costs very reasonable. Definitely would stay again.

Great Hotel and the perfect location for our golf trip. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and willing in any way to help with our trip. We will definitely be back.

I had a lovely sunny room with balcony on the 5th floor overlooking the main pedestrian street in San Pedro with views down to the coast. The bed was firm but comfortable with high quality bed linen. The room was spotlessly clean and the air-conditioning was quiet and efficient. The buffet breakfast was good but I would have liked more choice or variety of cooked food as scrambled egg and bacon get a bit boring after a few days! I also missed being able to make a cuppa first thing as there is no facility to do so in the room.

Friendly reception staff, thank you Mrs Lali. One more reason to reason to return for the fifth time this year. Very much appreciated is the option to trade cleaning of the room against a free coffee or tea. A simple and sensible initiative to reduce the CO2 footprint of a stay in a hotel.

Very nice hotel! Attentive staff, excellent food, clean rooms, daily cleaning, very convenient location of the hotel. It is located in the old part of the city. Not far from the sea. Convenient elevator. Clean and pleasant bathroom.

Excellent hotel. Service and reception were brilliant. The location is central, the people are very friendly at the hotel and the breakfast was really nice with lots of choice. Cleanliness was to a high standard. We have stayed in this hotel before a few years ago before the pandemic. We stayed again this year and we had a very enjoyable experience. Food, drinks, staff, everything was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked a special offer and they did not confirm, I immediately called the hotel ("they told me to wait because my reservation was in the system") and they made me wait more than an hour to tell me that "unfortunately your reservation expired and someone booked it then, we could not do anything... sorry"; they only offered me a junior suite for 50 € more than the room I had booked at the beginning. Simply unacceptable, I don't think I will return to any NH hotel. The telephone conversation with the hotel employee, trying to explain what happened and how frustrated I was, was answered with "we can't do anything in the system, however we see a reservation taken 5 minutes ago that could be yours" in "loop"; she could not be rude but mildly insolent, bordering on contempt, perhaps for not mastering well the protocol of dealing with customers of a hotel of that class (****).…

overall good, great location - only thin walls, you can hear the neigbours when they are having sex. Lucky for us, our neigbours where finished within 5 minutes. Good value for your money. This was our third visist, will visit next year again. Adios NH

This must be my 20th stay at the hotel over several years, the staff obviously like it here, as it is all the same faces and they are all so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the location is superb being in the high street opposite great bars and restaurants. The hotel is wonderfully clean and attention to details is great... In the summer there is a roof top bar with great views. This is my " go to " choice when staying in San Pedro and the local area.
