The hotel is clean, have large free parking, quality of food is excellent, staff very friendly. Unformtuately the 3-rd bed (unforlded sofa) in 2-bed apartment was very uncomfortable to sleep for adult person. The cuisine corner was a bit to small and crowded, could be re-designed easily, but the quality of food was delicious.
Nice and pleasant hotel in the mountain resort of Wisla. The Hotel is quite away from the town centre but unfortunately near a road, so if you sleep in your room with a window open, you will be waked up early morning by noise of passing cars. The room is spacious enough, well equipped. Buffet breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food. Somewhat strange was the time when dinner was served for guests who had ordered half-board. Appointed time was from 4 to 6 pm which we did not mind in October because at 6 pm it was already dark. Although the offer was only of two meals, the food was very good. I cannot rate the à la carte dinner which is, of course, also possible in the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking in front of the hotel at the spacious parking lot. Good value for money.…
I booked this hotel for me and my partner due to reading all the positive reviews, it cost £100 for 2 nights which is expensive for Poland (without breakfast included) and we were extremely disappointed when arriving! The hotel is very dated and has a very odd smell around it and in the rooms! The rooms are also extremely dated, smelt very funny and had some rather weird stains on the cushions... We didn't actually stop the night in the end, checked out early and went back home as there wasn't much to do in Wisla anyway and we would rather spend £3 each for a train home than stop there! We didn't try the food so I cannot rate that although the staff were very pleasant and polite when speaking with them so I cannot fault them. We just did not think the hotel was quite up to standard considering the price we paid. …
I have been many times in Wisła area and visited many hotels but I must say this is the one I will be coming back again and again as it was a marvelous stay. Clean, new, good food, nice and helpful staff and perfect location.
