    Lovely
Smooth, quick check in, receptionist explained hotel facilities thoroughly. Lovely, clean and quiet reception area. Room was very roomy, considering there was three of us sharing (3 single beds in the room) and there was still plenty of room. Lovely view from the room. Bar staff couldn't do enough for us and even made us some Koreczki upon request, as wasn't on the menu. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was fantastic, lots of choice and very fresh. Spa facilities were minimal but for 10zl absolutely couldn't grumble, for the hour that you get it is sufficient for a good relax. Only downside to the spa is that you have to use the towels from your room - which for me was already wet from my morning shower. But a quick request to reception and a dry towel was bought to my room in minutes. Nice quiet hotel, and enjoyed a good nights sleep, good location. Unfortunately on Monday the breakfast wasn't the buffet service like before, but waitress service and you have to order a set breakfast 1, 2, 3 or 4 and if there's something on there you don't like you can't swap. Also only get one coffee included, so if you're like me and like 2 or 3 cups of coffee in the morning expect to pay. I completely understand this is probably because there aren't as many guests in the hotel during the week as there are over the weekend and don't want to food to go to waste but even so that shouldn't be so restrictive. Just let guests order what they want from a more open menu, oh and maybe provide pots of coffee, not little cups of. Other than that minor little detail - very enjoyable and would definately recommend a stay here.

    Nice hotel in Wisla
Nice hotel, basic rooms with good beds and bathroom, and important in winter also good heating. Central in Wisla, close to ski areas. Unfortunately restaurant and bar is closed at 22.00. Breafast buffet is excellent
Thank you for your review and kind words. Although it's standard to close restaurant a 10 PM in Wisła, after your review we consider it a bad one, and will extend the hours of the restaurant during pick season till 11 PM. Thank you for that and see you soon.

    good value for money
The hotel is clean, have large free parking, quality of food is excellent, staff very friendly. Unformtuately the 3-rd bed (unforlded sofa) in 2-bed apartment was very uncomfortable to sleep for adult person. The cuisine corner was a bit to small and crowded, could be re-designed easily, but the quality of food was delicious.
HappyChris008 thank you for sharing your experience with Hotel Wisła Premium***. We're glad you enjoyed your stay - it is the most important! Food, friendly staff, cleanliness, free parking - those are our strong points :) We hope you'll visit us again! Best regards Hotel Wisła Premium team

te Name Probably, we'd never have decided to visit that village-like small town of Wisła in the deep south of Silesia close to the border with the Czech Republic. Not many reasons to live there or as some of Wisła's residents say a place with no face in the middle of nowhere. Nevertheless, Wisła is situated in the heart of nature, amidst hills and mountains and does attract numerous people looking for rest and relaxation throughout the year. And there is more in Wisła's vicinity: picturesque villages with appealing pubs and historic towns like Bielsko-Biała and Cieszyn! Since emigration from the area dates back to the 19th century it is even unclear which nationality emigrants of the respective time belonged to. Wisła has seen numerous rulers in its long past... Some of those emigrants left their native lands for good to find a better life and work in the New World, it is their descendants who try to discover family roots during an individual trip accross this region currently. It must have been for a reason that we booked our accomodation at Hotel Wisła Premium. An attribute used to create an extremely positive impression and high-end expectations? Well, at first it took us full two hours to cover the distance of not more than two miles from one end to the other end (where the hotel is), all within the city zone - a road construction project with numerous lights that has outbreaked drivers for like three years! Some brief notification on the hotel's website could possibly help visitors to make arrangements accordingly. When we finally arrived at the property Ms Magda, a lovely young receptionist, cordially welcomed us and checked us in. She even assisted us carrying our bags to our accomodation. Sponaniously, as the hotel does not have any trolleys available. How kind! We found our guestroom with its refurbished bath-room and a small balcony in perfectly clean condition. The king bed provided restful sleep. Unfortunately, the doorlock was broken so we could not use our electronic key-card. To fix this issue Ms Magda delivered a „regular“ room key to us. Problem solved! We also experienced a suspension of water supply lasting for hours one evening and with no prior notice. And the only elevator taken out of service interminably for an entire day. Another lack of communication? In the past Hotel Wisła Premium used to be part of the Orbis chain of hotels which is „rich in history“ so it could well be that some repair backlog occurs from time to time. We started our days with breakfast from the buffet at the hotel restaurant where an extremely attentive and smart waitress, Ms Diana, took the best of care for us while the buffet itself was kind of „limited“, sometimes even insufficiently loaded, at least for a premium host. Hiking and mountaineering can take a toll from people, especially from those who are not used to this kind of activities. But Hotel Wisła Premium can provide some remedy! Professional staff at the hotel spa offer a bountiful menu of manifold treatments that will cure all kinds of pains and medical issues. We at PHIL'S WORLD TRAVEL had a chance to check out therapist Ms Ogochi's highly professional skills and we will gladly recommend her services to our patrons.

Nice and pleasant hotel in the mountain resort of Wisla. The Hotel is quite away from the town centre but unfortunately near a road, so if you sleep in your room with a window open, you will be waked up early morning by noise of passing cars. The room is spacious enough, well equipped. Buffet breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food. Somewhat strange was the time when dinner was served for guests who had ordered half-board. Appointed time was from 4 to 6 pm which we did not mind in October because at 6 pm it was already dark. Although the offer was only of two meals, the food was very good. I cannot rate the à la carte dinner which is, of course, also possible in the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking in front of the hotel at the spacious parking lot. Good value for money.

I booked this hotel for me and my partner due to reading all the positive reviews, it cost £100 for 2 nights which is expensive for Poland (without breakfast included) and we were extremely disappointed when arriving! The hotel is very dated and has a very odd smell around it and in the rooms! The rooms are also extremely dated, smelt very funny and had some rather weird stains on the cushions... We didn't actually stop the night in the end, checked out early and went back home as there wasn't much to do in Wisla anyway and we would rather spend £3 each for a train home than stop there! We didn't try the food so I cannot rate that although the staff were very pleasant and polite when speaking with them so I cannot fault them. We just did not think the hotel was quite up to standard considering the price we paid.

Very enjoyable highly recommended!!! The standard of the hotel was excellent job , will definitely be going back. The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Parking is great . Hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was better than what I expected.  Though we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping but it left a great impression on us! Thank you !!!!

This hotel has been recommended by our friend, so me and my partner booked it for a weekend. We left both well impressed with this Hotel, especially with our room, which was very clean and specious, with super comfy bed. We both think that standard of this hotel was very high, can even say higher than some hotels we stayed across Europe with better star rating. Costumer service was fantastic, very pleasant people, always smiley and eager to help. My partner is great food lover and he really liked food there, fresh and delicious choices. We could not fault this hotel for this very good price. In fact, we both liked it so much that we have already booked it for winter for our skiing holiday.
