Attended a conference in the hotel. Everything works efficiently, hardly any waiting time due to sufficient staff everywhere. Very nice food no matter if breakfast, lunch or dinner. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The only downside is the parking situation: despite own parking structures there is not enough space when fully booked (in case there is no space: try the...

We stayed here for 5 days as a couple and booked directly with the hotel which was the cheaper option. The hotel is huge with a massive Aqua park. Fortunately the weather was very good for early September and we were able to enjoy the outside pools and terrace well into the afternoon. But had the weather not been so...

We visited Aqua park yesterday. Slides are for children over 12 or swimmers. There are things to do for children under 3, one slide, sand box inside, two children swimming pools: one inside, one outside. Our children 6 and 7 liked swimming pool outside only as slides can be used only with adults accompany and we just wanted to relax....

Great big facility with so many options, staff are great and so hospitable. Rooms are average in size, the view from every side is great. You will find a small shopping area near by. Parking is expensive however there is public parking just down the hill. The drive from Kruku is less than 2 hours.

Before I stayed 8 nights in May, I read some of the reviews here that had negative comments. Ignore them all!! The place is spotless, the staff is friendly and the food (3 buffet meals a day!) was excellent. Beautiful setting as well.

My room on 6th floor was at the rear, with balcony facing north-east looking on to a wooded hillside. Advantage of being very quiet and shaded in the afternoon. A room at the front of the hotel would look out over the river and valley; a 'better' view. Depending on the time of year and your preference you may want...

We stayed there for one night to check out the Aqua park. It is very nice but in a bad need of remodelling and fixing. Mould on the ceiling, rusty balustrades and dark lights. However the service is excellent. Receptionist was very helpful. Restaurant buffet serves tasty food but not much to choose from. Room is quite big with very...

Stayed here during a conference at the hotel. My first impression was that it's huge. I don't know how many rooms it has, but it totally dominates the valley on one side of the village. Inside, the hotel has three restaurants, a large lounge bar, a night club and a fitness centre as well as a conference centre with an...

I have never loved large hotel and this one is like a little village itself ... actually all people living in the neighbourhood work here ! For business reasons I have stayed at this hotel for 5 times in the last years. This time to tell the truth, I found some improvements ... Anyway food is really very basic with...

Went there to have lunch with a friend. The hotel has an attractive terrace outside facing the mountains. After sitting there for some 10 or 15 minutes, waiting for service, with nothing happening, I went inside to ask for help from the waitresses who were congregated round the bar. I was informed that service was not available on the terrace...
