Elite hotel in the village with nice view, with a great variety of quality services, at a slightly high price. I recommend setting up a cold plunge pool or tube shower in the sauna area. Hotel recomended higly.

Hotel itself is nice, room are spacious and bed is very comfortable. Bathrooms are kind of dated but clean and well equipped. Very good, full size gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, all SPA part is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One thing which was totally disturbing and created massive disappointment was total lack of privacy in rooms! Balconies have almost no divider with a neighboring ones, just a very small fence, which even a child can cross, no wall or any partition whatsoever. You can’t go outside, sit outside etc without staring at your neighbors, you can hear EVERYTHING from their rooms, you can even look inside their room ( and vice versa) which makes you feel sooooo uncomfortable. After few days it was really annoying and very disturbing. No privacy at all!

As for the 4-star hotel, it is below what we expected. The food in the hotel was really below average, breakfast were every day the same, with no fresh fruits or vegetables, no fish, just very simple and low-quality food. Also, the service at the hotel needs some serious training, as the staff didn't really clean the rooms (just changed the water bottles, towels and teas) and they didn't respect the sign "do not disturb" and knocked and asked if they can come in. The only person highly qualified was a woman at SPA responsible for the treatments an massages and one guy at reception there. Rooms are nice, you can tell that they have been renovated, but the hotel itself has an outdated look inside. SPA and pool were really nice and convenient, just the saunas were extra paid, which for 4-star hotel should be included in the room price.

Hotel is nice and quiet. The only problems which we had are breakfast: por quality – much lower than Novotel or even Ibis. Reception desk – did not let us know where is our toom and we went with our luggage to part of the hotel.

We chose hotel because of its location and because of accorhotels loyalty program. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast also very good. We did not like cleaning and housekeeping service. They only supply things but bathroom was not cleaned at all during 4 days. Swimming pool and surrounding area is also not very clean. If you book privilige room, you will get only capsule espresso machine above standard room...probably the worst service in privilige room that we experienced. Receptionists does not speak English or at very poor level. We did not like the price of parking. 50 pln for 1 night, 2 nights for 40per night and 35 pln for 3-5 nights...garage is pretty dark place. There are not any information about the restaurant in the room so we do not know whether it is opened in the evening with some offer and also there are not any information that sauna is paid...

When my friend and I were invited to Poland by some Polish friends, we figured we would plan a spa week before going to Poznan for Pyrkon. I have an auto-immune disease that sometimes makes movement difficult, and my friend was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, as well as severely agoraphobic. We are not easy guests. We had such an amazing week here, we would be back in a heartbeat. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a great view from the balcony. The beds were super-comfortable (I usually have to ask for extra pillows or blankets for support when I go abroad, I didn't need to here). The crux of our visit, the spa, was an absolute treat. The therapists were so lovely to us, very accommodating and very skilled in their work. I had at least one treatment every day and on the first day there the therapist mapped them all out for me to get the most out of them. The pool was a fantastic place to just peacefully float away all day if you wanted, and the relaxation spots were so comfortable that you could nap there. We particularly enjoyed the rocking couches overlooking the mountain trails. The best part about our whole experience is that it had a dramatic effect on our well-being. After a few treatments I was in a lot less pain, having very few spasms and able to walk around quite a bit without my cane. My agoraphobic friend, who usually can't leave her own house without someone escorting her, walked around outside without me for the first time in three years!

We spent 3 nights in this great hotel in the less-known, but nice little Krynica-Zdrój. We liked all services which the hotel had where the staff was really friendly, even not all of them could speak so well in English. The city center is around 10-15 minutes walking distance which you can reach via the park (prefered!) or on the streets as well. The hotel’s restaurant is OK for a dinner too (74 Zloty/person - buffet version), the breakfasts were always nice too. The wellness area (more saunas and massage available) is super, even the pool’s water temperature was a bit cold for the beginning - there’re more: 1 for young children and a jacuzzi which are much warmer. The hotel offers also a deep garage which costs less per night if you stay longer. We’ll plan to go back in summertime too as this area can be so beauty then as well!
