We visited the hotel as a family during New Year's Eve and New Year. Since we are tourists who run around the world and choose a 4-5 star hotel, we can judge the quality. The given hotel certainly does not have 4 stars, maximum 3 stars. Restaurant - very weak to weak selection of food. Especially dinners. You will not find any food for children, although you will find children's cutlery and plates. For a 4-star hotel, there is a larger selection or combination every night of pasta, chicken, pork or beef, meatless As a side dish, only potatoes (no rice, pasta) The soups were really tasty The service that was running was cold that collected dirty plates. Chasník who was running did not offer wine or beer for dinner. So the minimal option of minutes money and enjoy an otherwise nice restaurant with a view of the city. Those rooms have already experienced theirs. Musty, worn-out beds and dirty carpets (the photo says it all) 4-star hotels have a pleasant smell and a sense of cleanliness in the corridors, even if they are not new. The given hotel obviously did not have it. In the evening with children, you can use the disco in the basement. Very pleasant service, but definitely not a place for children The hotel has a children's corner, but it closes soon and there is no bar nearby, so enjoying a moment of relaxation with a cup of tea or a glass of wine is lost. The wellness center was a pleasant experience. Even if it is smaller and for the size of the hotel, it will serve. For a nice environment, I was waiting for the possibility of a whirlpool in the outdoor environment. The bathroom was clean and cozy. There were soaps in the shower and at the sink. Well, 4-star hotels offer toothpicks and other cosmetic bags. I rate the New Year's Eve program and dinner well, it was festive, focused on Polish guests. Very nice hotel, speical Drink Bar, very good and tasty food, the stuff very friendly. Good location, swimming pool in the hotel. Nice view from the resturant, good breaktfast. Nice view, good location, parking in the front of hotel. Rooms with balconies, clean rooms and bathrooms.

Stayed there at the end of summer, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you may need. The kids playroom is a hit, my daughter spent a good few hours there. Staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food is delicious, breakfast had a great variety and dinner in the restaurant was a treat as well. Just a tip - when you book through booking.com you get 20% off in the restaurant!

The hotel is close to the old part of town which is very picturesque. We loved being surrounded by nature and the highlight of the trip was having our very own bbq using the hotels outdoor bbq area. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of this. Overall, we had a nice stay and the staff are lovely and so helpful. However, in our opinion, the hotel is on the lower end of 4 stars as the breakfast is very basic and not really up to standard in terms of selection for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom facilities are also quite basic, but ok and there wasn't coffee included in the room tea and coffee area. The slippers are flimsy and the beds are average and the pillows uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is ok, but they've missed the mark on the finer details.…

It doesnt strike as a hotel to remember but it could be. Pleasant location and very friendly staff. Dining area is inviting with a beautiful resort view. It needs investment in furniture, rooms being slightly dated. I don’t want to make negative recommendation but it needs a bit care and tender to make it worth taking in consideration this place for accommodation whilst in Krynica.

Hotel is definitely not 4 stars. It has no soul. Everything is blend and lacks the mountain atmosphere that it should absolutely have. Rooms are clean but very basic. Breakfast is pretty good. Location is ok but perfect.

The Hotel Krynica is located just outside the main town center on the side of a hill. It’s a quiet location perfect for relaxing in this spa town in the south of Poland. The hotel itself is quite large and everywhere I saw was modern and clean. The rooms are nice with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Our room was 315, and on the 3rd of 5 floors. This was a basic double room but had everything we needed. The room is clean and modern and there were a couple of bottles of the local mineral water for free. It was also very quiet, as I was a bit nervous due to the hotel having a nightclub but we didn’t hear a thing! We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was really good quality for what I’d consider a good price. Service was exceptional throughout the hotel and every staff member was very friendly and helpful. This made the stay really welcoming! The only slightly negative things for me were the breakfast wasn’t great, but that seems to be typical of Polish hotels, and I’m quite a fussy eater anyway. And there was only 1 small main lift near reception which seems to not be enough in this season. But those are minor things really. We look forward to host you again; you have to come back, as it seems you have not discovered the whole space yet (in its second part there is another lift, leading straight to the spa zone :)) Nevertheless, we realize that in the high season even two are not enough. We visited the hotel for a week in February - we are a couple with a 8-year old girl. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even with the additional child bed there was plenty of room for our lugagge and for comfortalble living space. The room was cleaned on demand only, but there was no problem to request it. Water bottles were sometimes forgotten to be re-stocked, but that was not a major deal-breaker The food offering was plentiful and the dinners were quite diverse (the breakfast buffet was a bit too predictable after one week, but again - plentiful and tasty). We had a massage in the SPA - the massage place is a small room, which could use some candles and gentle music, but the massage itself was great. The pool is small but quite nice for kids.

Clean, nice rooms but without airco, so in summer I guess not that nice. Nicely located hotel with view of Krynica if you are lucky to have a room from front side. Very tasty food - a mix of local traditions redefined by creative cook. Sauna zone with 2 Finish and one Russian room. Swimming pool clean and with nice view from windows, but very tiny. Lots of free parkings. Very slow and not enough lifts - so you have to be patient or use stairways. The service very friendly.
