We are family of 4 and all of us where amazed by the approach of staff. Atmoshere in restaurant and at the SPA made us all relax and have fun. Great food, great service, very engaged Au Pair. We felt very welcomed and we hope to be back there soon:-)

Another stay in this hotel which is by the way favorite one of my family. We have also visited more luxury hotels like Dr.Irena Eris in Palenica or Heron Live Hotel but for family trip this one in Krynica is absolutely number 1. Personnel, hotel location, amazing food and atmosphere like in home. Nothing to add.

A beautiful property with an impressive spa. I received several treatments at the spa and they were a world class! The dining is superb. I visited the resort with a friend, but can’t wait to go there again with family and for a longer stay. Lastly, the customer service is excellent. We had a slight problem with our room ( do not book room 104), but we were moved immediately upon a request.

We had a wonderful stay in an Executive Room with a magnificent view on the hills and mountains. The standard is very high with balcony and all necessary equipment including air conditioning. The Staff is very kind and willing to help and satisfy all desires at all times. The restaurant was a real surprise as the quality of food is above what we could expect in Polish hotel. Very nice presentation with fresh and tasty ingredients. We're close to Relais & Chateaux standards. The Spa and Cosmetics centers are delightful. The treatments quality is remarkable. Moreover, this part of Krynica is so calm and the air is clean. This is perfect place for trails or hiking which we practiced a lot. It is also possible to do some biking as there are extended bike paths in all the area. We strongly recommend this charming hotel, even by rainy days (which was our case).…
