Palac Kamieniec is an absolute jewel in the Silesian countryside and I cannot praise highly enough. Everything at this historic country manor was superlative, from the gorgeous decor (the interior designer should be given an award), the luxurious rooms, to the beautiful grounds, and the restaurant, which serves delicious meals. This is a memorable place that you don't want to leave and that actually feels like home. Wow!
Beautiful place in the stunning countryside. This was our second visit. We stopped there for a coffee and amazing cakes. The customer service was excellent, we had a lovely waitress who was attentive, polite and friendly. We enjoyed the views and great ambience. We will definitely be back there on our next trip. We would like to stay at the hotel too.
Palac Kamieniec is simply incredible. Cute and cozy rooms in a beautifully renovated palace. Super friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Delicious food and very accommodating chefs who created bespoke dishes for my vegan partner which is a rarity in Poland. I would definitely recommend this place and am hoping to be able to come back there in the future
We had a wonderful wedding day in April 2019 at Kamieniec Palace. It was small, around 26 people wedding. To start of, the communication and the help of the staff was very good during our preparation time (I think we book place one year in advance). They were very helpful and listen to our ideas. Really happy that they do such services as dinner, flowers decorations, preparing ceremony place, etc. It means a lot as you feel relaxed on the wedding day and the days before. Before the wedding day, we did a barbecue party with all our guests and they also helped us to prepare meet and serve tables outside. On the wedding day, everything went smooth. They prepare ceremony place in time, fix the decorations of the tables, prepare small snacks for the bride and groom morning as well as flowers for the guests and bridal bouquet. After the ceremony, we had a cocktail and dinner with wine and great food. Everything was well prepared and organized. We enjoy the food and the service they did. I can recommend them for the wedding for sure! It was a pleasure to stay there with all our guests for the weekend. Thanks to your team :)…
We had only a dinner in the Palac’s restaurant, so may say only about food and interiors, but the time was nicely spent with very tasty food and good atmosphere. This seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but if you like staying in quiet place you can think of visiting them. Good food guranteed.
The itle I have put refers to the very cosy but unfortunately too small restaurant; chairs and tables are too close to one another . Even Mc Donalds offers more space! Food so,so; could be better. Area very peaceful in the middle of nowhere; beautiful garden ( mind you summer time!). Rooms comfortable. Unfortunately ty road leading to the place very bumpy.
An extremely nice hotel in the Polish countryside, a two-hour drive from Prague. Opened after some years of restoration, really charming with a lot of attention to detail. The garden view of the hills and mountains is particularly stunning. I love coming back to this place.
Beautiful palace, lovely rooms, friendly service and delicious food surrounded by picturesque farmland - perfect! The palace has been so lovingly restored and it's such a delight to stay here given the history behind it. The decor is fresh and homely and small touches such as the delightfully smelling candles really make the difference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't recommend it more highly. I hope I can come back sometime soon!
The good things: Exceptional breakfast - great choice, high quality. Enjoyable interior design we liked. Great views from the garden on fields and mountains in the distance - quiet, relaxing Nice story - well renovated from the ruin into beautiful premises. What to improve? The service during dinner was really poor. The staff tried to avoid contact, i.e. when they brought food to our table they never asked "do you want something to drink?", "was the food good?", "we have great dessert xy, would you like to enjoy it?" etc., they did not take the empty plates away even when they saw we have finished and they left empty handed, when we ordered a cappuccino, we did not get it in next thirty minutes thus we left to the room. Overall - we have the recommendation for the owner: you have obviously invested a lot of money into the premises and beautiful garden. Please, train your staff better. Go, e.g. to Gasperov mlyn in Batizovce in Slovakia (we spent there our vacation a week ago), spend two nights there, experience the service and then train your staff this way. It will increase your sales from the kitchen and you will have yet more satisfied guests.…
What an amazing place. The hotel has been renovated and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable and airy. The breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast on offer was varied and tasty. There is attention to detail throughout the hotel and the place is spotlessly clean. Fresh cut flowers are placed in the public areas and bedrooms. There is a lovely terrace area outside with comfy sofas and amazing views across the countryside. The staff were excellent, I think this was the best customer service that I have experienced in Poland. All staff that I spoke to throughout our stay were friendly and very helpful. They all seemed keen to make sure guests had a great time. I would love to stay there again.
