It has the aspiration to be a top hotel in Klodzko. The room was spacious, nicely furnished with the fireplace, which could be the icing on the cake if this was winter. There was also a huge terrace - which, I guess, is never cleaned. Allowing for its price, the hotel cleaning services are appalling (this does not refer to the receptionist, who was friendly and helpful). The breakfast will not sweep you off your feet either!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The meals are really tasty. The place is really worth recommending. I’m really happy to stay here. There’s even kitchenette where you can make coffee. Smorgasbord is served for breakfast.

Very clean rooms,perfect location and perfect service.Staff is very helpful and speaks english. Breakfast is out of this world......plenty of food and very tasty. Surroundings are very quiet ....you will hear only birds chirping. Keep in mind this is not hotel....it is a beautiful Villa with guestrooms. ...

A family room for 4 , pretty basic . Bathroom door lacking privacy and electrical sockets pretty dangerous . No food availiable and no cold beers due to fridge malfunction but after consultation with reception pizzas were delivered to room promptly and beer sold as a second fridge in kitchen was availiable to chill same . Breakfast in the morning was excellent and included cold roast pork which was delicious . Klodzko itself is pretty run down , the bastion and adjoining underground tunnel are worth a visit .

This place is a guests house with many very clean rooms and the price is right. It is a walking distance to downtown Klodzko Breakfast is one of the best. We were there 7 weeks. Staff is excelent....Owner (Dorota) will go out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
