Very good hotel for a reasonable price. We stayed here for 6 nights in a nice big room with comfortable beds. The location is perfect, very close to the beach.A lot of choice at the breakfast buffet and there is a nice indoor swimming pool.

Stayed here for a couple of days to recharge and relaxation on a prebooked spapackage including halfboard and treatments. Nice and quiet location at the end of the main stretch close to the beach, surrounded by a lovely forest, park and one of most beautiful beaches in northern Europe.
However, the hotel itself is kind of a weird experience. Supposedly one of the top hotels in Swinoucie, it got many things backwards like front deskstaff trying to ignore you as long as possible; lobby, loungeareas and arareas kept in a unappealing, unlit mode all day, Spa-,pool-and bealth center kept in completely differnt parts of the hotel not enabling you to walk leisurely in between. No comfortable outdoor seating with lounge chairs in the nonexisitng garden ( only a discobar??!! Outside). Moreover, dull food not fitted for a health/spa hotel and many same items served for breakfast and dinner(!).

Had an upgrade to a Junior Suite which was roomy but strangely absent of any comfortable amenities or decorative items which gave it an unfinished feeling. The Beauty Spa ( there is another Health spa) offered same gloomy atmosphere although treatments and therapist of decent standard. Unfortunately, they were fullybooked( or understaffed) to offer limited extra treatments during my stay.

The hotel has potential for sure but need to improve service level and attitude big time.

Hade an upgrade though to a Junior Suite, which was roomy but strangely empty of any comfortable amenities

For a four star hotel I found this one just above OK. It has all the potential, Location - fantastic.. beautiful. My room and bed were very comfortable however in my month long stay had two occasions where my room went uncleaned for more than two days...ran out of toilet paper! The hotel restaurante was very good. Internet connection great, For a work trip, all worked out great. If you need a quiet get a way.. this would be the place as it has ocean and forrest all around. For a romantic escape - would be perfect!

First when we came after 700km drive we were told that our room is not available due to technical problems. They gave us a room from the other side of the city. However they paid taxi there abd next day back. Free buffet was provided too.
We claimed that they can't do that without informing us prior check-in day and we got junior suite instead of our double room. Breakfast was good, filling 3 star quality. no cofee was served to table but chef was making omeletes. Few times we experiensed that breakfast buffet was not filled prior closing time but we got only left overs. Breakfast fod quality was good.
We ordered some treatments from spa-relax department but one of those was first cancelled due to technical problem. Later on we found out that it was cancelled because someone outside spa hotel had made booking for the same time. After claiming that hotel guest must have priority we could keep the booking and have treatments we had paid. On sunday evening when our family was going to swimming and to sauna we found out that swimming-sauna department was closed due to "technical problems". We complaint to reception but shift manager arogantly responded that it is not her problem if swimming pool and sauna are closed three (3) hours earlier than in time schedule in the rooms and in the spa entrance.
We were too tired to complain to higher level but instead we put it all here in this recension.
Our family is definitely NOT returning customers.

Positive is that room was very clean and airconditioning was functionin. Hot water in the shower lasted even when kid was showering (approx 30 minutes).

WiFi did not work in the room. We compalint and reception said that they can't fix it but WiFi works in the lobby area. They gave us a LAN cable but unfortunately it does not work with iPhones.

Make sure if you after all wan to book the room that it has a queen or king size bed. We got two beds together resulting us dropping in between the beds. Not to romantic as my wife expressed it ;-)

The hotel rooms were fine, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was not what I had dreamed of, but still acceptable.
To begin with, the reception is understaffed so we had to wait for 10 minutes in a line to check-in. What bothered me the most was the overall design of the rooms and the lack of proper equipment in the gym or at the pool... Naming itself a "sport and spa" resort, I had expected a place to actually work out and burn some of the Christmas treats... Honestly, don't remember the last time I was so disappointed at a gym.
The water in the pool was quite cold, same with the jacuzzi... The changing rooms smelled like public toilets... For the sake of future guests, I would recommend cleaning it at least daily, so there is no wet toilet paper all over the floor.

The biggest plus of the place is its location. Two minutes from the nicest part of the city full of restaurants and coffee bars, 3 minutes from the beach.

This newly opened hotel - the construction is not 100% complete - has a lot of potential for the future if only service standards are raised. My husband and I experienced there slack, rude waiting service, messy tables with dirty glasses and plates on sitting there for a long time before they were cleared. Waitresses were untrained, overworked and rude - apparently not enjoying working there and not identifying with the establishment. We are a well travelled couple, we have stayed at many different hotels, but we have never met with such unprofessional reception and waiting service in a 4 star hotel. On a more cheerful note we have to say that our room was nice, spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was fresh and varied - a big plus.

A very nice Hotel with pool and spa. My wife and I had a great week in the Medical Spa Hotel Interferie. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious with a large shower. We had "Full Board" and for the price which we paid I think was excellent value. There was plenty to choose from and all -in-all was more than edible. The staff in the Hotel was very pleasant and always at hand should you have any queries. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

Very nice and clean rooms and the pool / sauna area was nice.

my colleagues had some treatments at the spa and they were very satiffied

The restaurant on the -1 floor at the hotel, Miedziowy 44, was terrific. very good food and high service level.

only thing that you shall keep in mind, a lot of elderly people as guest with not that positive mind setting, but ignore that and enjoy yourself :D

i absolutely recommend this place

+ Huge lobby
+ Nice service
+ Great located
+ A large selection at the breakfast buffet
- The only minus was that the dining room had a canteen atmosphere
Summarizing: it was a good price-performance ratio
