Great hotel with amazing staff , excellent food and service. I highly recommend the spa- classic massage was the best I’ve ever had before. What was surprising in a positive way of course was staff Taiwan origin. They were so nice and friendly, always smiling. We should take example from such behavior:) I recommend this hotel to people who like luxury and excellent food. The only remark I have is low care to environment issues- less aluminum covering for hot dishes served to the room would be nice to see.

New hotel with the best location in Swinoujscie. Small water park but unfortunately no outdoor pool. Nice play room for kids. Good breakfast with good service from Filipino employees. The hotel had two problems, first the view. One side of the hotel has a nice view of the beach the other is facing rusty containers and a gravel parking lot. The other is service. Called the English number of the hotel three times just to be hung up. I then called the polish number and got no help. I am a diamond Hilton member and still got the parking lot view. The staff at the reception gives random, confusing and evading answers to questions. Example: Me:Do we have access to the water park? Staff:Yes. Me: Is there an outdoor pool? Staff:No. Me:But I saw a picture of an outdoor pool on your website: Staff: yes, but its in Radisson. Me: Can we use that? Staff shaking head: There is only space for 25 people. I asked for a late checkout - a diamond privilege - but was turned down. Later we saw several people asking and being granted late checkout.

This newly opened hotel doesn’t disappointment in any way! The location is spectacular. The ambience is well balanced. The rooms are modern and sleek. And the staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, Polish, and German! I would highly recommend visiting the Sushi Bar and Grill Restaurant within the hotel. This hotel is an opportunity for both a romantic getaway and also a family excursion. There is a great free water park for family fun and a lovely spa with authentic Asian quality that guarantees anyone will find something to do here, even if the weather decides to be inconsistent. The hotel is an incredible experience that’ll leave you wishing you never have to leave.

Just finished five nights stay together with my two daughters in Hilton Świnoujście. Booked the stay by Hilton Honors points, with a total amount of 120.000 points (30k per night, 5 for free). Hotel was generous about an upgrade, got a triple upgrade to a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View, so perfect for me with two kids. Room was separated in one living room with a sleeping sofa and a second room with king size bed. Two full bathrooms, two toilets. Room design is a bit old-fashioned for this kind of brand new hotel, with spectacular outside architecture. Quality of furniture is good, two huge TVs. Air condition in living room was broken, what was uncomfortable with outside temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Staff tried everything to “Make it right”. We even got offered an additional Superior room on the same floor, what we had to deny as my daughter was too scared to be there alone. So, the hotel invited us for every night to the dinner buffet. Room had a nice balcony, side facing to the Baltic Sea. Really nice view from there! I had pretty high expectations about the hotel, as it was promoted as a luxury 5 star hotel, which just open a couple of months ago. Great location, first row next to the beach of Baltic Sea. It is in one complex together with the Radisson Blu hotel. Overall mood of the hotel was bit strange. I have to say, that the hotel had no real flair of a Hilton hotel, with the self-image of a luxury-hotel. There was not a real relation between the staff and the guests. Everything felt pretty cold, I would say the staff had not so much feeling what it means to work for a brand as Hilton, so it was a bit disappointing. The majority of the waiters in restaurants were Filipinos, what is a BIG plus! They were really well educated and gave a warm feeling, in opposite to the local workers. Guest structure was pretty mixed, seems they sale this hotel also one some platforms cheap to fill up rooms. During corona times in this hotel you don’t have any limitation because of the pandemic. Also, this was for me a bit strange, 95% of the guests didn’t wear a mask at all, not even in the buffet restaurant. No limitations of people for elevators. We tried to keep our own distance to other guests as best as possible. They have sanitizers everywhere. But no one had to use it. No special room cleaning for corona, daily normal housekeeping. Every staff had to wear mask. Restaurants: Buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner. No limitations because of corona. Breakfast selection was solid and good quality. Daily fresh fish, live cooking egg station (no egg-benedict). Also, outside terrace, Sundays sparkling wine reception. Breakfast 7 – 11 am. Dinner buffet was offered for 25 Euros per person, daily new selections. Also live cooking. Huge appetizer selections, 3-4 warm meals. Included two juices, coffee, tea and water. Quality varied during the five dinners. Sometimes food was bit dry. Not many guests used this offer. Maybe because they don’t even promote this fair price. Dinner from 5 – 9 pm. Atmosphere was not special, because the restaurant was just too huge for so less guests (maybe 6-15 max when we were there). There was no decoration or nice setup of the tables, just a cheap plastic place cover. So, the atmosphere could be compared to a canteen. They also have beautiful a la carte restaurant, which opens at 5pm, this setup was good and fulfilled the expectations I would have to a hotel like that. Sushi bar opens at 4pm, never many guests over there. Bit hided, difficult to find for outside guests. If you want to eat something before 4pm (Sushi) or normal food, you won’t find an open restaurant, no option is in this hotel open for lunch. That’s really disappointing for a 5 star hotel. But many cheap and good options just in front of the hotel. In the hotel you can order during this time from a snack menu at the bar. We did so on the first day, had to wait 50 minutes. Only limited options, not so high quality, same options as for room service. So, we only used this for the first day. The lobby bar was closed, never open. The atmosphere in the lobby was not welcoming and didn’t invite you to spend time. In -1 level was the access to Aqua Park, a brand new swimming pool for families, with nice pools, wild water, jacuzzies, sauna. Was the highlight of the hotel for my kids. We went there every day every guest gets 1 hour access for free. Overstay gets charged to the room for a really low discount price. Guests get towels at the entrance. Everything really clean and nice. Hotel also offers a kids club. Good indoor playground, with small cinema and Xbox. Normally they offer also some actions for the kids, but during our stay this was really limited, due to the small number of guests. Also, during weekdays the club was closed. Kids under the age of 5 must be supervised by adults. So overall I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Maybe my expectations were just too high. For the rate of 120.000 points for five nights, with breakfast and dinner buffet, it was a really fair and decent deal. The kids liked it! If I would have to book this hotel and a Suite for a normal price of about 500 Euros per night, I would look for other options, wrong price for this value and overall quality. They need to work on the atmosphere if they want to survive and welcome enough guests to pay the regular room rates and not only from travel agencies, on discount rates.

I had a booking in Radisson (that was chosen dud to great Sea View) and was shifted to Hilton instead. In spite I booked Sea View room which I confirmed talking to hotel employee we arrived and was placed in the room overlooking parking. Total disappointment. Additional child bed was booked but Hilton had none. Pools were not operating and beach chairs not ready. I paid full amount and got less than 50% of the service. Not even offered any additional amenities or meals instead. On the positive side great Filipino people working in restaurants, fantastic sushi place, comfortable, clean room, nice beach and promenade nearby. Yummy breakfasts and good kidsclub.
