I visited the place for a school trip, it was the worst nightmare ever. First of all because the rooms were really dirty, secondly the quality of food. The last night we got all poisoned by the food, so our trip ended up in the hospital. I will never recommend this place, sleeping in a car would be much better!

My family and I were at this hotel for 5 nights. I was so very disappointed when we were given our room. It was a nightmare from hell, I was at the point of tears. Frankly they should not have accepted my reservation for a family of 4. The room was inadequate for the party size. A double bed with...

Just returned after a week half board. Food was good, breakfast buffet style, scrambled eggs, bacon or boiled eggs. Cakes, bread fruit juices and hot drinks. Evening meal was three courses, pasta to start then buffet main and desserts. Very nice, could maybe have a different dessert but tiramasu was very nice. Always plenty of fruit. Staff were very unfriendly...

We arrived to the hotel, according to nice photos . The elevator stank from mildew and urine. The hall that led to our room was without light we groped in darkness where to enter our key. The walls were dirty from puke or something else( I will raise photos)I entered the bathroom to calm myself it was dirty with hair...

A good hotel to stay at as a school group but would not recommend it for individuals. usually a lot of different school groups staying there at once. The rooms surrounding the swimming pool can be noisy due to evening entertainment that can go on till late. try to get a room overlooking the carpark to avoid the noise. buffet...

Our first impression was not good. Following the signs to reception left us in an abandoned lobby. Looked all around and found a different sign, hooray we found reception. The young ladies at reception could not find our booking and after half an hour of phoning information and searching computers and reading folders we were given a room key. No...

If yo go there to relax will be difficult with all the groups of children. But i like the hotel, the personal is friendly and helpful. For the price...

Ideal for school or college groups, close to Veronica and Venice, gorgeous views and reasonable facilities. Rooms are basic but comfortable, good value for money, but clearly aimed at groups of young people, not the sort of place you'd stay for a romantic couples break!

So where should I start? 1st they moved the reception to other place without any sign of it, so we were standing in front of the old one for about 15 minutes like fools. 2nd : The Internet! Like its 21st century , who doesn't have wifi? I tried like 1000 times to complain and they seemed like they don't...

During our trip through Itay, we stayed one night in this hotel. It was overall okay, with a pool which we didn't use. However, we had a little accident in the bathroom when we literary flood the bathroom. I don't think it was our mistake, just the drains weren't good. We were on HB and the dinner was okay, but...
