Have just returned from 8 heavenly days in Villa Campestri. It is one of the most delightful places in the world where one can always rejuvenate one's spirits from all the hostility and chaos currently in the world. As always the receptionists are ever helpful; nothing is too much. The new menu is delightful with specials each day, all very...

This beautiful and lovingly restored Renaissance villa is truly worth a visit. Great care and attention to detail has been applied and the result is a glimpse into a more opulent past. The family who own and operate the hotel are warm and gracious hosts and the service cannot be faulted. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on...

Beautiful old Villa/Casale with lot of space/nature around, clean air, great panorama/views, great for a family during summer to enjoy the most. Negative points are the somewhat difficulty to reach it (out from beaten tracks), the lack of internet in the room, and the sometime missing mobile phone signals, all typical problems when in old Villas/Castles, since the deep walls....

We spent a full week in this most delightful of Tuscan Villas. Having breakfast al-fresco every morning, enjoying the view is really something to behold. You really cant beat the taste of honey, straight from the comb, astonishing! It's very easy to find, with or without sat-nav, we used a map from the car hire place at Florence airport, got...

Set on a lush hillside with a spectacular view of the magnificent Mugello Valley, Villa Campestri delivers a unique and unforgettable resort experience. Our room, located on the 3rd...

The 2015 Olive Harvest just started and we could witness and learn all about the Olive Oil making, with a lot of sampling. The accommodation have been outstanding in a really great surrounding of olive orchards and woods. The food served at the...

We spent three days at Villa Campestri in the middle of our month long visit to Italy. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. The staff was friendly and helpful and we felt immediately at ease when we arrived. The charming villa and surrounding olive groves were delightful and full of surprises such as...

A perfect villa for a relaxing holiday. + Beautiful location + Lovely and cozy rooms + Friendly and helpful staff + Nice pool area + Great view - You have to walk down to the pool area, and there's no WC there, so you have to climb up to the house if needed. It may be a bit uncomfortable.

Highly recommended as a...
