This place is a dream if you are a real Tuscan country side friend. The whole place is filled with contemporary art, outside in the garden, the pool area and inside every room. The staff is super friendly and if you have kids with you, they will love the huge pool. The only down side is that they do not... More

We found this as a recommendation on the Guardian in the top 10 places to visit and it didnt disappoint so much so we decided to stay for 2 nights. We did the wine tasting, which came with some bruscetta which i must say were the best ive ever tasted not forgetting to mention the wine which was amongst the... More

We stayed here for a night on our honeymoon. Incredible place to stay in the Tuscan hills, with the most lovely host you can imagine. We arrived around lunch and they made us a feast of local food with wine tasting, from their very own vineyard. Delicious. They had even given us a bottle of sparkling wine in our room... More

We stayed two days in December. Very cold outside, so we could not enjoy all the wonderful facilities that you could enjoy in the summer (several terraces to relax, beautiful swimming pool etc). Yet our stay was wonderful. The place looks like a small village, very well taken care of. Owners are very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable.... More

We spent really nice September week in Fattoria La Loggia with our two kids (4 and 1) and friends with one kid (3) and it was so great. The location is really nice. You are in the middle of vineyards and olive trees with views over the Tuscan landscape and you are close to Firenze, Sienna, San Gimignano. The grounds... More

Vineyard/villa conveniently located in the central part of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. Nicely appointed studio apartments. Ivanna, the manager is warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Wine tastings are available. Many great restaurants are within a short drive of the villa as is a supermarket. Gorgeous views of the Tuscan landscape abound. Highly recommend. Would surely... More

Very nice place to stay in Tuscany. Rooms are furnished in traditional Tuscany style, but very comfortable. Hotel manager Ivana was taking care of us, preparing good breakfasts , always with some home made speciality :) and was also very helpful in giving us tips what to visit in Tuscany. Her family is producing superb wines, too. Outdoor swimming pool... More

Found this hidden location by accident. Perfect place to go if you want to just get away from it all. Ivana her team are beyond super friendly and helpful. After a delicious wine tasting we purchased their wines and we also booked again doer next year! Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience here! There are no signs on the Autostrada to let drivers know about wineries in the region, so we ventured off an exit that looked promising to see what we could find. We drove into the hills a bit and happened upon this lovely little spot! We saw a wine glass sign at the end... More

We stayed for a weelk and Fattoria La Loggia and loved it. The location is great - on a working vineyard / olive farm with views over the Tuscan landscape. The grounds themselves are pretty with a beautiful pool, lots of sun beds, a BBQ area and modern art scattered about. The accomodation is comfortable and interesting in old farm... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Fattoria La Loggia and its 15th century village are situated in the gentle, hilly landscape of the Chianti region, where a seemingly endless vista of forests and rows of cypress trees alternate with olive trees and vineyards, 15 Km south of Florence. Known the world over for its beauty, the Chianti is not only a land of great wines, but also the true homeland of art and of the Renaissance. Thanks to the local castles, abbeys, parish churches, ancient convents and lovely medieval villages, the Chianti region has retained all the charm and the flavor of a time gone by. Our estate is equipped with a nice pool. The apartments and the rooms are the pride of Fattoria La Loggia. Decorated with antique furniture, stone fireplaces and paintings by master artists, they have all the amenities necessary for personal comfort as telephone, wi-fi, safe, satellite TV, heating. Kitchen equipment included, as the bath towels (daily change) and bed linens. Breakfast and maid service included. ... more   less
