Sadly we only had one night at the mind-blowing Borgo Santo Pietro. In all honesty I had been slightly terrified of arriving at this luxury hotel with my 2 small children in tow. It is firmly aimed at the “romance” end of the spectrum. However, I needn’t have worried as the entire staff could not have been warmer and more...

We had a wonderful time at BSP during a 3 nights. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Unamimiously the daily breakfast buffet was the highlight each morning in a beautiful setting drinking coffee with delicious food. Afterwards everyday we walked around the picturesque grounds before deciding what to do next: book an afternoon spa treatment, lounge/read by the pool,...

The service was outstanding, the room was beautiful and very clean. It it about an hour drive to larger towns, but the charm of this place is how off the beaten path. The breakfast is plentiful and very fresh. Other dinning areas are excellent as well. One of my very favorite places in Italy.

After a magical week celebrating our wedding we headed east to Europe for our honeymoon. The first stop - Italy. And not just anywhere in Italy, but the magical Relais Borgo Santo Pietro. I first read about Borgo on Cupcakes and Cashmere four years ago, and have been dreaming about visiting ever since. When we started tossing around honeymoon destinations...

It's a bit of a journey through the Tuscan Hills from Pisa airport to reach this piece of paradise but it's completely worth it. We went for a friends wedding and had exclusivity of the villa for the few days we were there. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly faces, and refreshing lavender scented towels. There...

I'm pretty sure that all of the superlatives about the resort have already been written. The sprawling property is a perfect slice of Tuscany. The perfectly landscaped and manicured grounds induces a state of calmness and relaxation. Our suite, the Unicorn, was spacious, beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable. We even had our own outdoor garden complete with sitting and...

When my husband and I were attempting to reserve the Borgo San Pietro and were limited to just one night due to availability, but we decided to make the trip as we were drawn to the beauty of the property, the access to cooking classes and Michelin starred restaurant. As our stay unfolded, we should have taken the lack of...

Borgo hands down has got to be my favourite hotel in the world, Goodness they have got it so so right! THE DESIGN Simply put this place is a mecca of good taste and ingenuity. The décor brings hotel artistry to another level entirely and I really don’t think there is another quite like it in the world. It is...
