My wife and I were part of a group of about 10 people that spent 7 to 10 nights at Villa di Sotto. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment that shared a kitchen and dining area with another 1-BR apartment. We also had a patio with retractable awning, overlooking the Tuscan countryside (Siena in the distance). It is not... More

If you are looking for a family friendly cooking class in Tuscany look no further than here! My family (kids 16,13,11) just took part in a private cooking class. It was inexpensive and a delight! Not only did we gat to make our own pasta and ravioli but we also got to sample and a lesson on Tuscan cheeses and... More

Lovely place to satay and rest. Very friendly staff, always smiling and trying to help. Clean and nice rooms. Perfect place to stay. Just a 25 minute car drive from Siena and you are in an other world.

This B&B, enoteca, restaurant is in a great location, with gracious hosts. Situated amidst rolling vineyards with a great view west to Siena, it is a terrific location for exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany.

This year was our second visit to Villa di Sotto. We love everything about this place. The rooms, the beds, the quiet nights. Right smack in the middle of the Chianti Region, you can use Villa di Sotto as a base to visit everything from Florence to Pienza and return in the evening for a GREAT dinner. We stayed 7... More

We had the fortune of staying in this uniquely situated and delightfully restored 18th century farmhouse and apartment. Our initial booking nearby fell through because of water issues in that home, and Villa di Sotto stepped upon on short notice and accomodated our party of four in a delightful apartment overlooking ripening vineyards and a setting sun The apartment was... Everything about Villa Di Sotto is fantastic. The rooms were bright, airy and had air conditioning. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and separate sink area. The staff were fantastic, Paula and her family are so kind and thoughtful - nothing was too much for them. Food - amazing. Wine - amazing. Then the best bit - the... More

From the very first moments, we knew we had arrived in no ordinary destination. We were welcomed by enchanting floral gardens and trellis' wrapped in grapevines with hearty grape clusters dripping from above that glistened in the late afternoon sun. Our hostess Paula checked us in and reminded us to enjoy not just one but two pools that overlooked the... More

We did not stay at the B&B so I can not comment on the accommodation, but we were staying at a nearby villa and arrived on Easter Monday. All the stores were closed and we were looking for a nearby place to eat. We arrived at about 5pm, the staff/owners were having there meal after serving lunch and they were... More
