Been for three years on the row now, directly on the slopes, perfect position. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The only issue is the very poor quality wifi, you would expect in this day and age a wifi system to be something to be taken for granted.

If I could give neative stars I would. This is not Italy but Poland. Most tourists are from Poland. The staff is so rude. And the head waiter watches over the restaurant as a howk. And that is not a compliment. The food was terrible the first days but did pick up later in the week. In the morning, do lot take the first round of bread buns as they are from yesterday and are so dry! Don't bother with the wine it is it worth it. The flat we stayed in was a heaven for fungus and all of us were ill staying there. See the photos. And I could write a whole review of the flat. The beds were horrible and there is no privacy in the 6 person flat we stayed in. Even though we were only four people There is no warmer for your ski boots. We spend time with some local skiing instructors and they all felt embarrassed about this place.

We just left this place heading home and we already miss it. The hotel was really into the nature, very close to the sky slopes and to the cable car that can lead you to different routes. Nothing to say about the landscape...so beautiful! The hotel manager and his stuff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant offers several solutions for any food taste. We visited this place in summer but we will come back in winter, for sure. Kisses from the three girls from Cesena. 💋

I just left this place heading home, i must admit that i was not expecting such incredible service. Any person working there become a friend. All of them are service minded, just image that this morning -15 outside my car ( avis ) was frozen. could not start. The hotel manager , himself, brought me and my brother to malpensa airport. At no cost. Having say that and never enough thanks, the Food was top level. The room service top level. Having say that i want also remind to the people who travel to ski that i do not think exist a better location. the place it is actually inside the pist. between a red one ( panciana pist very easy) and the marilleva black pist. you can go in and out of the hotel with the ski on. What else to say, posto estremamente raccomandato. Thank you to Mario Conti and his incredible team. Salvo Siracusano +39 3457129789.

We were a group of 46 who stayed here as part of a school package through Topflight. The rooms were clean, warm and serviced daily. The showers had a plentiful supply of hot water and had great pressure. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and the selection was incredible for both. There was three pasta dishes on nightly with either two meats or a fish/meat option. The cold salads selection was huge every night with fantastic variety. Special dietary needs were well catered for throughout our stay. We found the staff to be incredible throughout our stay. When one of our party needed medical assistance, the hotel were amazing and extremely helpful. The night time entertainment was fabulous and pitched at exactly the right level for our students, who had a ball! The guys operating the shuttle buses were extremely helpful and always good humored! Could not recommend a better place to stay for a midterm school skiing break.
