I would like to start my feedback saying that I’ve been there twice: firstly with my friends, secondly with my parents (that I took there after my good experience with my friends). The location is incredible and stunning, I would recommend to go there by 8:30pm to enjoy the view, the pink sunset and the delicious aperitivo prepared by the owner and included in the price. Everyone who works there is very kind, polite and pays attention to every customer request. The food is 100% from Sardinia and the red chilled wine called “Cannonau” typical from Sardinia, is just a great pleasure for every wine lover and taster. Go there when you are very hungry because you’re going to eat great quality food in huge quantities. Although I think that when it comes to good quality food and wine, the experience is priceless, I can firmly state that this place is heaven because for what you eat and drink you get super good price. Well done to the owner and the Tenuta le terre crew for my great experience there.

The surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful and the location is great too. The atmosphere of the restaurant area is also very nice and cosy. Unfortunately there were a few things that made our stay at Tenuta less pleasant. An important thing to note is that the staff doesn't speak english at all. For non-italian speakers that can be a big problem. I felt really uncomfortable not being able to communicate at all and if it wasn't for my boyfriend who can speak a bit of Italian it would have been really complicated. They also didn't try to speak slower when realising that he had trouble understanding them. The biggest downside for me though was the bathroom. The shower was so small that I constantly hit my ellbow. The water takes a few minutes to get warm and the pressure is extremely low. Thanks to the completely calcified shower head the water didn't came out well, that lowered the water pressure even more. Getting the shampoo out of my hair was quite a struggle... There was also kind of a cord hanging down from a switch on top of the shower. I don't really know the use of it but the cord looked disgustingly dirty. They also winded a wire around the apperantly broke shower head holder, which rusted completely. Furthermore there seemed to be a hole in the bathroom floor where ants got in. Breakfast was a bit sparse. It just seemed that they don't really take care of things. This was noticeable through little details like the shower, the bad fitting toilet seat, the squeaking tap or the broke TV holder. It wouldn't take much to fix those things but for some odd reason they just leave it like that. If you decide to stay at the hotel make sure to store your clothes and stuff well. The cleaning lady will just take your personal things and put them in the various drawers - good luck with finding your stuff. There isn't a do not disturb sign either. All in all I think this hotel could actually be a beautiful place to stay at, but it definitely needs improvement.

Between San Teodoro and Berruile, along the SS 125 road there is a "4mori" flag (Sardinia flag) which indicate the entrance for Tenuta Le Terre. Referring to it as a rural restaurant is not enough, the whole complex is an example of great design which kept the original rural atmosphere. Food is great and well presented. They welcomed us with rich aperitifs in the patio, then we had dinner inside the beautiful and romantic restaurant, a selection of seven or such starters, two different kind of pasta and of course the traditional "porcetto arrosto" (roasted pork). The bill was € 35/pp. There were candles and flowers all over, the staff was friendly and kind. We had such a great experience, next time we are planning to book a room also in Tenuta Le Terre.
