If you needed anything or had any questions just ask the front desk and they would take care of everything including arrangements for covid testing for travel and taxis to get where ever you wanted to explore

Very nice resort like hotel, very nice and competent staff, close to the beach and with a very nice atmosphere! Rooms are very comfortable and rather new, parking close to the rooms is possible. The staff is always available and willing to help you with whatever question, we also liked the staff and quality of the restaurant very much.

The hotel is very very nice: the architecture and the overall planning and facilities will give you the relaxed holliday vibe. It is a quiet spot for the trips to explore the area around. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is pleasant, relaxed and helpful. The choice during breakfast is good, but the dinners are exceptional. And the cocktails!

Couple with baby had a relaxing time at this quiet stress free hotel. Hotel staff was very nice. Chef and kitchen staff great, with a nice tasty variety of dishes. Service was efficient and always smiling. Barmen make great affordable cocktails. I have 2 negative comments that are not too important. First the yoga class is actually not inclusive of the total price, which was not clear at all during booking. Second our room location request was not respected, but again it was a request which they cannot guarantee. Will be back.

Concerning the two negative points: 1 - we will check again our website and improve the communication: we offer yoga courses on request and as an extra but we also host yoga groups with hotel+yoga included packages; 2 - we have a little number of family rooms and only 2 on the top floor, that were already busy at the moment of your reservation. We are just back home from a short stay in Galanias Hotel , Bari Sardo -Sardegna . The hospitality was extremely good, very friendly and helpful staff with great attention to their guests and their requests. There was also very good adherence to Covid19 safety measures. Galanias Hotel is very beautiful, particularly the swimming pool area and eating area. The individual apartments are very charming and clean. We also found Galanias relaxing, where it was easy to interact with others in friendly way especially at the end of dinner. There is a sitting area near the swimming pool and outdoor garden where you can have a drink and a chat with others. At the reception the staff were always very informative and professional explaining what you can explore around from beaches, mountains and historical site of the beautiful Ogliastra region . The Galanias Hotel is a 4-star hotel near the town of Bari Sardo in Torre de Bari. Beautifully situated bungalows, houses in an atmospheric garden. The owners and employees of the hotel take care of the high standard of the hotel. Beautifully situated, with close access to a several-kilometer-long beach, it delights at every step. We had a lovely apartment with a mezzanine bedroom and a tiny but lush balcony. Cleaning service super daily change of towels, cleaning and other work. The apartment has a kettle and various types of tea. The restaurant service is amazing, dishes served at the table without unnecessary waiting. The dishes prepared by the chef are delicious, we even had a Sardinian gala dinner on the occasion of the Feast of Oligastra, there was an aperitif, roasted pig and lamb and many wonderful regional Sardinian dishes. Reception service professional, obliging and very nice. The hotel has a swimming pool and very comfortable intimate loungers around it. We traveled around the beautiful Sardinia and our stay at the Hotel Galanias was short, only 2 nights, we came from the north of the island - 240 km but it was worth it !!! I was there right now, End of October but the structure was fully operational and extremely friendly. Rooms are very cosy and nicely furnished. The half board solution is also very enjoyable, especially in off season and few restaurants open. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area with lots of opportunities for hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc.

Lovely hotel, comfortable clean and quiet rooms with great sea view. Good variety of food for breakfast and dinner (with veggie options) Head waiter very knowledgeable about recommending wines. Pool was great plus only short walk to the beach. Only thing was aircon wasn't great but we could have the window open which kept us cool so didn't affect our stay. Would come here again!

A lovely hotel where the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely pool area and gardens, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The food was great quality with a wide variety and a good wine list with the dinner menu. We went on the boat trip which was arranged through the hotel, and would recommend this trip. Would completely recommend this hotel and although there are many places to visit, we will definitely be returning to Galanias.

This is an incredibly well laid out hotel; different views from every angle with a rustic and wholesome feel about it. It just oozes charm. All the staff were super helpful and went out of their way to assist with all kinds of oddities from warning lights on the rental car to calling tour operators to negotiate the particulars. I’d recommend the boat trip; it’s a full day out visiting lots of beaches and the optional cave trip is a nice break out of the sun. We indulged in the yoga and massage too. The yoga was great and tailored for our capabilities and was held on a beautiful terrace. The massage was very relaxing, the masseuse didn’t speak English but it was not a problem. The buffet breakfast and starters were incredibly varied so easy to find something you fancy. The main menu was a little more restrictive and bordered on gourmet, personally I prefer to enjoy rustic Italian food when in Italy so I did pop off for a cheeky authentic pizza one evening. With so much of the world yet to see my rule is never go back to the same place twice, but I would seriously consider making an exception for Galanias.…
